What age did you start AAS?

Unless planning on a career in bodybuilding, which is not recommended, lol You wait until you've reached your natural genetic limit which in most cases is after a good 6-10 years of hard consistent training. Building that natty base will last a lifetime and make your gear gains stick that much more. Also gives your tendons, ligaments and muscles more resilient to injury.

The truth bro 😎

I did an 8 week cycle at around 28 years old, didn't have anything dialed in, got lucky and didn't get any side effects besides finding out how painful Injectable Winstrol was.

TRT at 35 and didn't add anything to it until 37.

It all depends on your goals, 98% of the wait don’t do it stories here are from guys that knew fuck all what they were doing or weren’t even truly committed. Waiting to be fully developed? Yeah nobody does that even with alcohol, there’s like 99% undeveloped frontal lobes walking the streets every day doing just fine.

So you're saying you started at 15 then?

22. Started training at 14, and even though diet wasn't the best in HS and college, I put on average 10lbs/ year. From 140 to 225 naturally. Could I have put on a few more lbs natural? Probably, but I did resesrch for a good 1.5-2 years before jumping in. I saw I wasn't ready, learned what I could, got decently big for being natural, and then hopped on and got up to 255 with test dbol, lol. I am 6'2" so that's still pretty small compared to the big boys. I wish I kept going, but was off an on training in my 20's to 30, did another cycle, then was off for over 11 years barely training and drinking too much. And I'm back baby at 41 almost 42! Now I need to get at an actual gym a few times a month!

I was 45 when I started TRT, T levels were just about the lowest you can go in the 'normal' range. Have been on ever since and did my first blast this past summer. Never touched any 'gear' before starting TRT.

My 20s.. enjoy your youth.. eat right.. train right.. put that shit off till 30s.. it’s hard to find someone who doesn’t regret starting that early

Just wait until you have your diet and training locked in and up to snuff. Younger guys respond and recover better. If your goal is to be as big and lean as possible then waiting past that doesn't make much sense.
Do you want to be an in shape gym rat or a freak? Muscle takes time to build and the longer you wait the smaller the window is.

Hi all,

First of all, I am new here and currently very much natty.
I have been training since 15, and am 21 now.
I will probably wait another year before actually hopping on, and meanwhile learn as much as I can.

A lot of people online seem to recommend waiting with taking PED's till at least 25 so that your brain is fully developed.
This has lead me to wonder, any guys here that started earlier than that? And if so do you regret it?
Started 29yrs old, I’m now 35. Love it. No regrets, bodybuilding and just general training changed my life anyways. From 29 up we only got better⚡⚡💪🏽

17. But I competed at 18. Win the teen NJ. At 19 was 2cnd at Teen Nationals.

Pic below I was 18 in 1990. It's so old it's a picture of a Polaroid.

35 with TRT then slowly have moved onto other steroids. Trained natural forever and built a good physique, but Jesus steroids help and I don’t think I could ever go back to natural status

I started at 18. My buddy convinced me to try it. My first cycle was reforvit b. The best dbol I ever ran. Blew up, lost it all and got gyno. Horrible

Started at 36 with TRT, then started blasting and cruising a year later.
So TRT is a gateway..

Mid to Upper 30's had been hitting the weights naturally since 14. And I hadn't gotten anymore gains in years when I started AAS

18. I wanted to be one the freakiest people at the university gym. Probably made top 1-2%

^^not reccomending people hop on gear at 18. my goals were just different with bodybuilding/powerlifting

42 - still a AAS Virgin 😐 be gentle.
Trained with intent from age 16-23 & started again at 37. At 40 tried sr9009, MK677 & YK11 stack.. honestly still don't understand much about yk11. I didn't know much just figured try it for shits & giggs but ended up feeling paranoid about yk11 so never tried anything since except creatine. Currently training for bulk and wanting to do labs to attempt TRT or 1st test cycle.
