I'm still here til tomorrow. had to make it a three week trip cuz jaw surgery's quite intense. Overall pretty sick. I thought it was gunna be a bunch of huts in the desert 💀 but this place is massive. Bigger than any city in the us and most of em in europe as far as im aware. The people are rude af, but theyre all good looking, more like eastern europe than arabic. Everything is really high quality, no made in china shit. 6 times a day they blast these arabic chants over speakers for the whole city for prayer time. The food is really good (i have to tear it into little pea sized bites, takes me an hour for a meal but im eating a lot), but their sodas are a little weak :(

Really is a decent and affordable vacation spot. I would only go about 5 days if i was going here for fun though. Ran out of things to do since ive been here the better part of a month

and damn the traffics crazy. glad im not driving. my driver (and several others) go on the sidewalks and shit to get around cars. like some james bond movie or something. somehow there are no accidents, but cars will get 3mm away from eachother
 
started lifting last saturday. light and safe stuff. ive been trying to get back into it while un-uglying myself. skin cares been a high priority; turns out dairy can be awful for ur skin (is for mine) and a gallon of skim and 4 scoops of whey a day has been fucking me. so i'm changing the "diet" to be mostly beef, sausage, and tofu (i want the calcium for my jaw surgery healing). since its harder and more expensive with these sources im dropping down to 240g protein a day instead of 330.

anyway heres a side chest, relaxed, and most "muscular" from day 0 (last Friday) at about 177lbs fasted. no lifting, exercise, gear, or diet for like 3 months

Back in the usa. Surgery went well. i went ahead and got a hair transplant and nose job and a lil more work done on the face while i was over there. cant work out for another month. Diet rn consists of meat tofu and soda. I'll probably keep that up as long as i can. im sitting at a meh 180. However I went from very ugly to pretty decent looking. dont really wanna fuck that up moving forward, so im thinking i might just stay small indefinitely. it was a good run fellas

Was just about to get back into it and ran into some serious health issue. a prolonged headache landed me in the er. been in the icu all week. 3 brain tumors and a cyst. huge tumors on most of my organs.

got brain surgery tomorrow to get rid of two of the brain tumors and the cyst, as its shoving my brain stem and is what's causing my symptoms. then we'll see what to do about the rest

doc thinks ive had these genetically for a long time and the cyst just now got large enough to really do anything noticeable. thinks its a genetic condition related to the blood vessels. i think i'm going to go back to being skinny again. it ought to take some stress off the vascular system (hearts perfect tho btw 😎)
