Btw, does it affect your sleep? Or can you not take it later in the day and still sleep well?

the sleep gets fucked if you run it consistently. your resting heart rates gunna be high as fuck so youll be pretty alert and struggle to drift off. (you as in me, obv im just going off my experience). but even when you do sleep your bodys going to be burning through so much fuel youre gunna be pretty tired anyway

looked a lot bigger than usual here. everyone at works been saying im noticeably smaller though. kinda coming to terms that im not gunna look shreddedaf by halloween. i'll still try to shave a few pounds off though. hopefully start working out again soon.

i dropped $3000 on a deposit for jaw surgery in turkey. im hoping it wasnt a scam. i had online consults with the surgeon and staff and they had me get full head ct scans and intraoral scans and all this and that. i had other places just bark for a deposit after getting my basic info and photos. so this was like 2 months of deliberation and getting extra info to develop a plan so it seemed a lot more legit. we'll see

I didn't know you where going to Turkey for the surgery. Interested to see how that goes.

finally worked out. just hit arms. but my elbow hurt so overhead triceps were kinda meh. im gunna stop focusing on building a complete physique and just make working out enjoyable again by only working out things i give a fuck about, even if the plan isnt optimal

Well it’s not like you aren’t getting results dude! Curious what you do/don’t care about - like all you want are hams hanging off the back of your arms for tris and don’t care about biceps or shoulder (obvs an extreme example) or like upper vs lower body or like being cut vs size? You’re starting from a pretty damn strong build, so it’s more curiosity about what you gaf about than what you’ll look like lol

I think a complete physique looks good, but i dont care enough about certain things to work them hard moving forward. Hard leg compounds and whatnot make me just not want to go to the gym when i have those lined up, just dont look forward to it at all. so i'm gunna rewrite my plan to be movements i actually like. leg and back day will likely be far from ideal for results, but i'll actually look forward to doing them
 
also i got a friend trying to get me into rock climbing so i may fork out a monthly membership at a local rock climbing gym and do that 3 or so times a week. should give me ridiculous forearms if im gearing up and eating well while doing it

I like that idea alot.. I've been thinking about getting back into BJJ...perfect way for me to add some cardio, and have fun

i looked into bjj and id be pretty good at it but those fellas get injured so often i opted out

Yeah, some of these idiots go way to hard in training...I would always just tap when I knew they had me
yep thats why ill never change gyms. love the dudes im with, let me do shit and are careful with me.
i stay away from the youngins and whites as well. im too old to be messing with them lol.
