Thanks bro I’ll check it out . I was curious about this . I hear a ton of shit about this stuff . I do use natural supplements like creatine . I believe it Definitely helps me go harder in the gym and squeeze out more reps when it counts . Y’all know what I mean.

Derek from More Plates More Dates sells it so I'm %100 sure it's a scam. Also, for what it's worth I ran Beta Ecdysterone a couple years ago (when I was natty) and it did fuck all.

Probably it's the best time to try it of you're going to. I used Echdy many years ago after being natural for 5-6 years and it worked. Make me harder, a little stronger and drier.

I tried his pre and it was considerably worse than a cup of coffee and 5mg cialis. Haven't tried anything else but I get major grifter vibes off of him and some of his information is pretty bad. Plus, his fans are insufferable, I used to frequent his subreddit before I came here where people are actually knowleagable.
