This is my first Tren E cycle. I’m on week 4 of 16 weeks cycle. Pinning 60 mg EOD. Pretty low dose. Also running Test E @ 175 mg per week self medicated TRT. But damn, the heartburn I have almost every day since starting the Tren is getting really annoying. I have tried taking glutamine powder 10 grams per day but it provides not much of relief. Does anyone know any other natural remedies that can help with the heartburn? Thanks.

They say Apple cider vinegar or anything acidic.. I know it sounds counter intuitive but supposedly if u add acid to your stomache then it'll quit making it. Makes sense to me but never tested it out tho. And then there's milk. Its supposed to neutralize it so.....

I've done it. It works. Just don't use to much.

Tuna and spinach salad:
Take Mothers Apple Cider Vinegar and mix with honey and olive oil. Taste test it before you poor it on your salad. A little bit goes a long ways

It gets worse and worse over time so I doubt you'll last 16 weeks on a Tren cycle, that's too long for Tren anyways Imo

Someties if eat at least one apple daily, it helps. If not then I go to this..here below over the counter.......it works great after the first day. I take once a day for 14 days straight, then I'm usually good for months without it.By the second day the heartburn is gone and stays away completely no matter what I eat nor what kind of gear I'm using. I end up taking it three to four times per year for two weeks at a time. How old are you? I began having more issues with heartburn/acid reflux once I got into my mid 40's. Don't let it continue without taking something that stops it. it could literally burn up your esophagus and cause cancer. It happens to many middle aged people who don't het it under control. No joke!!!

I agree, but fresh fruit and high fiber is not a cure-all. Sometimes that's all it takes, but with some people, that alone will NOT work. Especially older people as a group. There's a flap on the top of the stomach that works like a one-way check valve ordinarily. It keeps the natural digestive hydrochloric acid that yur stomach produces inside of the stomach itself where it belongs. With many people, as they get older, that flap gets partially eaten away and when that happens, the stomach acid simply has a tendency to travel up the esophagus and no amount of fiber in the world will stop that.

Like I said, if left uncontrolled, the acid will eat away your esophagus, and cancer can follow. Not pretty.

I was lucky to not get heartburn from Tren until like my fifth time using it. So now I have Tums or Rolaids in my kitchen and my bedroom in my lunchbox. If you want a natural remedy use sodium bicarbonate or baking soda with 6 ounces of water I think it’s 2 tablespoons.

Carbs trigger acid re flux for me whenever I'm on Tren. I've used Prilosec OTC it helps me big time it's normally a 14 day cycle and doesn't really kick in until day 3 or 4

Not being sarcastic here, but this is an honest, sincere question: can sodium bicarbonate really be considered a "natural" remedy? Are there possible side effects from long term continual use?

That’s more natural to me then Prilosec is for serious acid reflux it’s a acid inhibitor that stops your stomach from producing acid I don’t recommend that or Zantac or other chemical meds sodium bicarbonate is natural as you can get compared to those. Here is what I found on sodium bicarbonate side affects.

the one thing that bothers me would be the risk of "kidney problems" (whatever that means). That sure isn't someting that AAS users need since AAS can stress the kidneys as it is. But I'm sure it would depend on how often you're taking it. I realize that Prilosec is not risk free, but that's why I only take it for 2 weeks at a time like the instructions say. It isn't the ideal treatment, but it sure beats burning holes in your esophagus from stomach acid climbing up it. That would be a permanent and often deadly condition. A guy I worked with died from that in his 50's. So as long as it's controlled, that's the main goal here.

Odd. There have been several threads on how guys who get heartburn from Tren Ace don’t get it from enanthate.

This is a warning that can happen in 1 of 5000 people. You have a better chance of getting hit by a bus and then the ambulance that picks you up gets a flat tire on the way to the hospital lol
