Hey guys quick question, so im pretty deep into my show prep cycle, but at the moment i am currently taking:

Tren A 100mg EOD
Test Prop 100mg EOD
Mast Prop 100mg EOD

ADEX .5mg EOD

So ive been experiencing prolonged diarrhea and stomach issues, its been going on for about maybe a week to two weeks. Havent really had a firm shit in a while, most are runny and unpleasant.

Another thing to note is ive been carb cycling as my contest is approaching, never have done this before so could this be what it is?

Im eating at:
300G protein a day
75g-250g Carbs depending on the day
100g Fat

Is it the tren maybe causing these bowl issues?

Probably. It gives me pretty bad heart burn.

I wouldn't think Tren would cause an upset stomach, but thats just my opinion. I haven't heard of that before.

Tren doesn't do that to me. Must be something else, maybe a type of allergy.

Ive never eaten at such a high protein mark and low carb mark, im thinking this could be the biggest suspect

It can definitely cause GI issues, but I've never got the shits so to speak.

I get more constipated on it than anything, when I don't drink enough water.

Tren absolutely destroys my stomach. Enanthate more than ace for some reason but they both give me diahreah and upset stomach

Alright true, thanks man this is definitely alittle reassuring

The research that ive done on it seems to show that tren has the ability to kill the good intestinal flora in the digestive tract. Some people can be very sensitive to this and it can cause a whole host of stomach issues

Are we talking longterm or shortterm oncycle issues? Ive been eating things to supplement my intestinal bacteria such as yogurts and vegetables.

What are your fats at?

How often are you doing carb refeeds and how much are they?

After your refeed does the stool harden up?

This doesn't sound like a tren issue even though tren can cause acid reflux and general lack of appetite.

It sounds earilly similar to what I go through on low carbs but, mines from colitis.

It could totally be your diet BUT Tren is also known to cause issues so here's my two cents. Here are two common ways for Tren to mess with digestion (that I know of). Hope it helps!

1) One (already mentioned) is by messing with your flora (good and bad bacteria for digestion). Pretty sure this is from Tren acting like a synthetic progesterone. Females can get the same problems from their BC pills for similar reasons. I don't really know a way to fix this as this hasn't been an issue for me. Maybe try some Probiotics or something. Additionally, you could try supplementing with progesterone cream?

2) The second one has to do with glutamine. It is the major bottleneck for muscle growth and guess where a lot of glutamine is? It's in the stomach and stomach lining. Basically, Tren is SO anabolic that it will take glutamine from your stomach lining faster than your body can replenish it (much more likely when in a caloric deficit) leading to possible stomach ulcers and the "acidic" stomach feeling. Easy fix is take 20g+ of glutamine each day. If this is your problem, you'll feel loads better is just a couple days. Bonus is that you get more gains too.

Ordering a tub of glutamine as we speak

Tren doesn't affect my stomach, but it definitely affects other things. I'm guessing it's the diet.

Glutamine, Prilosec, gw501515, Masteron, proviron are helpful for tren sides.

I've never heard this second one....but it totally makes sense. I think im gonna have to give tren another run and try it with some glutamine
