Haha I hate doing 1 arm, I never ever get a good squeeze, just a good stretch. Bent over, head rested on a bench so there’s no body English and squeezing the fuck outta them.

Same. I haven't done em in a while but id say 100x12 or so done properly would be about where I stand. I done 130s but I was just being an asshole

We've all done it. And if a movement isnt good for you, then it's just not good for you. Nothing wrong with that. I have a couple myself.

BB rows i take my grip right at edge of gnurling, hinge till bar touches bottom of knee cap. I'm not flexible at all tho so if a person could get closer to mid shin even better. Pendlay rows from floor are great too. I've also set pins all the way down in rack, and done dead stop rows off the pins too.

Weight 214.2 (literally hasn’t changed a 1/10th of a pound up or down in 4 days)

Pump was nasty today. Chugged a scoop of whey, half a scoop of karbolyn and a BUM energy drink on the way to the gym. Ramping up cardio for the next few days for one because I have the time and for two because I don’t mind it at the moment but it’s a love hate relationship so I’ll enjoy it while I can. Want to break this 214 by the weekend without making significant changes to the macros.

I'm trying to figure out your split and have no idea what's what. A whole day for delts? I'm so confused. lol

Chest/back/shoulders/legs/arms rest and repeat. Not always in that order but that’s the split.
 
Not to mention, didn’t you just bust my balls for not giving attention to my weaknesses and lagging parts? Delts need major work.
By weaknesses...I mean paying attention dialing in nutrition, drugs use, your split, exercise choices, sets, reps, etc. You have much more to worry about than specialization a body part. You/re in a deficit, you aren't going to grow. Being 100% honest because I truly want you to succeed. Fucking around with a delt day is not optimal for your goals

Starting a new split tomorrow and changing macros slightly. I will update later on. Feeling good, was “stuck” at 214 for 6 days and then had a big jump overnight. Almost at the 30lb milestone.
