Day 50
No weigh in

Cardio/stretching
1 hour LISS treadmill

Legs and calves are unfortunately starting to feel the accumulated fatigue from all of the factors. Cardio even LISS was tough this morning but we got it done.

As previously mentioned adding SLUPP332 and GH back in to at 1mg and 4iu respectively. Other than that it’s still 300mg test e and 30 mg YK11 with the Reta/sema combo.

My only experience is with injectable. Absolutely the strongest compound for me strength wise. Before I decided to do this cut I was probably at my strongest and every PR was on YK. I know theoretically it’s not a strength drug but lots of anecdotal reports suggests otherwise.

With the cut it definitely seems to be helping keep tissue. Vascularity and pumps are great with it since dieting. I think the thing that really shines is that I’ve had my blood work done on test and yk11 only and everything was in line. Sure there could be things that were unaccounted for but if my baselines are in check and I feel good it’s something that stays in the rotation.
 
Curious as to your thoughts on it after seeing this. Do you see issues with it?
It's going to be risk vs reward.

I don't even know if the "progress" made on it can be verifiable or tracked.

I'll let people like Vigorous Steve experiment with it and post their results.

There are literally no human randomized control trials on it. Not one. We only have anecdotal evidence from people who have ran it and the feedback is literally all over the place as well as the bloodwork. No need to take risk when the results are not that impressive and can get more out of something proven and safe like low dosed var.

Just my opinion and I'm not claiming it works or not. I try to get as much anecdotal data as I possibly can on it because that's all we have. Thanks for the lengthy feedback, man. Appreciate it! I don't judge people for their risk tolerance. None of my biz! I just always use precaution with my clines as much as possible. Health always 1st.

*Pump felt great today. Just wanted to get some volume in with no real goal in mind. Burn some calories and jumpstart metabolism for the holiday. Weight loss has stalled. I know this is normal, I’m not discouraged. I’ve been down this path before. It’ll be another day or 2 and then I’ll see a big jump. Looking to see 215 by end of next week. If I’m close and not quite there I will lower calories slightly. I have upped my intake as my body had acclimated to the Reta/Sema. Hovering somewhere in the 2000kcal mark with 180g protein. Might not be necessary after a heavy carb day today for the holiday. We will see how tomorrows weight is and adjust as needed this week.

Diamond push downs on assisted pull up

40 mins LISS treadmill

*the push downs on the assisted pull-up machine is my favorite Tricep exercise by far. If you haven’t tried them, add them in this week and let me know if you like them. Sleep was good last night, I needed the rest. Body felt rejuvenated but I still notice accumulated fatigue and/or slower recovery times. I’ll keep this in mind next week and go down to 4 training days with 3 cardio only days.

Day 53

8 sets shrugs, DBs, single arm smith, barbell
4 sets forearms/calves

Nothing much to report. This is day 4 of GH at 4iu so I’m attributing some of the holding weight and possible retention to that. It doesn’t really matter why though, I’m just going to keep grinding. The last 4 days I have worked out first thing in the morning and it’s my nemesis. Energy is trash early mornings but it’s necessary with kids schedule and holiday events etc. I have done my cardio and training either fasted or chugged some whey pre workout. I’m ready for a normal week this week to plug back into my routine.

Meetketchup gives you a drop kick for focusing on strong points and neglecting weak points! :p You have enough traps to not even train them!!! Just f'ing with you man.
You’ll be happy to hear that tomorrow is leg day. We’re going to give this thing a shot again and see the RLS holds up. That IS the weak point right now.
