Bear with me as this is my first log ever so I may be leaving out some information. Any and all interaction is welcome including criticism/advice/shit talking/support. At the end of the day it’s all love and we’re all just bros with the same goal in mind. Bigger, stronger, more money and more sex.

I’m 36 and have been on TRT for 8 weeks at 180mg test cyp. I’m the stereotypical gym bro who always wanted to be better but was scared of needles so never went to the dark side. I have used a few pro hormones years and years ago and recently (within the last 2-3 years tried rad140 twice. I have been lifting for 15 years so the training part is not new for me but everything and anything regarding AAS is. I’ve been lean, I’ve been strong, but naturally my body type is such that being both at the same time has been difficult. Let me finish by saying I’m a huge proponent of less is more considering this is my first go round so although dosages might look low I would rather be able to increase as needed and see where this takes me.

My starting cycle will be:
Test Cyp 180mg/week
Monster NPP/Mast blend 1ml (200npp/200mast) broken up into twice weekly
Monster Dbol 25mg first four weeks

Training 4x week, usually chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders, legs split. My plan is to post my training sessions along with progress pics and update a few times a week with sides and noticeable changes.

You're gonna want to run some aromasin with that dbol.

Scribble out your face in the pics. Do a video then screen shot your pics. I would probably cut out the dbol or do as fletch said cause for some of us dbol = gyno in a pill. Mast may calm it down or may not. Height and weight? And diet? We bulking, cutting or recomping

5’9” 238 lbs

Recomp is goal = 225lbs while keeping/building muscle.

Awesome let's see the diet!
In all honesty I’m not one to stick to a plan that doesn’t deviate day by day but it will always consist of 2500 calories approx 250g protein, 250g carbs and 55g fat. The protein will be eggs, meat shakes, bars etc and carbs will be as clean as possible but will alternate between potatoes, rice, bagels/bread etc.

Workout from day one, yesterday 5/25

Pin loaded chest press machine to pre fatigue 3 sets
Incline DB bench 3 sets regular, last set with rotating grip
Close grip Db bench
Chest flyes/pec dec
Reverse Shoulder press
Lateral raises

DBs only go to 75 at PF so I always pre exhaust on pin loaded press unless I’m starting with smith machine I can go a little heavier. 20 total sets reps.

Only thing to note after day 1 is that I definitely had a mood boost after the first dbol dose, I felt overall happier and more euphoric. It is probably placebo but I definitely didn’t sleep as well last night either, I typically sleep pretty soundly for 6-7 hours without waking and was wide awake from about 3-4:30am before falling back asleep. Just something to keep an eye on. Very minimal PIP if any at all from the Npp/mast subq pin in my stomach.

For anyone following who wants to see my journey, first pic was 252lbs, first day in the gym ever, 20 years old. Second pic 9 months later, 164lbs. Still had those natty teen test gains.

Have to admit the subq stomach pin with the Mast/NPP blend is painful for a few days. I did my second shot of .5ml today. Feeling good, energy is good, mood is good, not much to report yet. I definitely noticed for the first time today the low back pump was pretty gnarly while training. I will hyper hydrate and possibly pick up taurine depending on how bad they get. Coincidentally my weight has gone down since starting this cycle but goals considered I’m pleased.

I did take the dbol sublingual after watching a MPMD video today. Doesn’t seem to make a difference personally with effects positive or negative but with potentially passing liver the first time I figured it was worth a shot.

Preacher curl 40x15 3 sets then ezbar curl to fail

Diet was shit today, took the kids and wife to ihop for breakfast and will have 6oz chicken with a salad for dinner and throw in a shake.

Strength feels much better within the last few days. The gym only has 75lb dumbbells so last set of incline bench I repped them to failure which honestly I don’t think I’ve ever done so no clue what I would’ve been capable of prior.

Sex drive through the roof, energy is good, sleep is good. No complaints yet and really no side effects. I will pin my 3rd shot of Npp/mast tomorrow and considering trying subq in my glute since it’s causing some PIP in my ab area.

Nice to see your log Rsomersjr . I like that cycle . Mast200/Npp 200 at only 1ml …that is some powerful mg per ml(Monster known for high mg) , especially using it subcutaneously. I’m sure your only injecting a tiny amount so it’s cool. I’ve yet to try sub q AAS . Just because I usually have one or more shots sub q for gh and or/peptides(just depends). Props to your mega weight loss . That is actually what I specialize in mainly. Id say 70% of my business is working on obesity/weight loss. I don’t know why my computer doesn’t remember to update me still. Anyway , I am following and keep it up .

Workouts have been insane lately in regards to how GOOD effort feels. I push every set harder than usual and the output/expenditure makes me want more. I have not been very good about logging my workouts but strength is slowly going up but mostly noticing the gains in appearance/mentally more than the brute strength. I am still pinning the TRT twice a week and have increased the NPP/Mast to 3x weekly.

I will log my workout tonight with weights/reps. Last night was back/biceps, tonight chest/triceps.

6/4 Back/Bi
Single arm neutral grip Pulldowns
Lat pullovers
Modified seated low row
Bent over DB row, arms flared to target upper back
Incline curls
Alternating DB curls

One thing to note is that tendinitis has seemed to come out of nowhere. Years ago I had some issues with it but it’s been quite awhile. I was hopeful with the dbol/Npp I wouldn’t have any joint issues but it was pretty debilitating doing DB pullovers. The pain in right in my elbow just below my Tricep. Lastly my ability to push down food when not hungry is non existent. My appetite is trash, I have been relying on protein bars/shakes and maybe 1 meal a day. Having said that weight is still holding steady between 237-239 depending on hydration.

Will post training session and updates pics tonight.

Quick accessory day today since I only had about 30 minutes between work and kids.

Weight 238.4
16 sets of biceps and 10 sets of rear delts

2 weeks on dbol and I think I’ve had enough. I have basically come to the realization that my body hates orals. I feel amazing until I mix in an oral and within 2 weeks the lethargy hits me hard on top of the dbol cramping/bloating and loss of appetite.

I do have Tbol from AG I think I will roll in within a few weeks. I have never tried Tbol but read quite a few folks who love it and it seems more mild than dbol.

Lastly, I ordered BPC/TB500 from @GYMnTONIC and look for some quick relief on my shoulder and elbow pain. I will keep everyone posted on how it goes.
