Has anyone tried pharmaceutical cortisol blockers? Ie. to treat Cushing syndrome.

I'm sure there's some hardcore BB'ers lurking here and was just curious.

I've tried KSM-66 and that's suppose to calm you and cortisol... but it makes me wired?!

Do you have cushings?

If not don’t touch them. Too low of cortisol feels HORRIBLE. You’d be a zombie.

I was reading up on this yesterday. The KSM you mentioned, Ashwagandha and Phosphatidylserine was what I found OTC. Interested in this myself as far as sleep and stress.

Had a few clients over the years with crushing's and some were on pharma meds. Unfortunately saw some pretty bad side effects with drugs like Ketoconazole and Metyrapone. Don't know too much about it to be honest.
