Tommyjam Builds a Better Body

Anything for the back works but that exfoliating soap from them you won't need anything with it for the places you can reach.

Use it lightly lol its very scratchy lol

For moisturizer they're grapefruit is great i used it for face and tattoos areas.

For my body used lubriderm non scented.
Im still keeping up with it skin feels and looks great.

I noticed when my body uptook the regimen.

Initially didnt feel like i was really doing anything but after 3 weeks or so i noticed after a long day my skin was holding the moisturizer even at end of the day when i was showering or when i would wake up.

Skin never been so soft and smoothe.

Had a fake chicken parm for my postworkout meal today. Push day.
Airfried breaded chicken breast, whole grain penne, fat free mozzarella, sugar free pasta sauce. This was fire. 👌

then a couple hours later I sit down to put my shoes on for cardio and my legs are looking like I just put the hurt on em.
Im calling it the parmpump :ROFLMAO:

I put together these side by side shots to evaluate my progression over the past 12 months
I ended a 43 lb cut last year on Sep 13, 2025 in the blue shorts @ 199 lb fasted.
Slowly added food with a reverse diet before going into a controlled lean bulk. The peak of my bulk was @ 235 lb fasted.
The shots in the gray shorts are from Sep 12 2026 after two months in a health/hold phase. Exactly one year apart.
I think I had another successful year working with coach @Meetketchup We hit our biggest goal of correcting my multiple major imbalances from prior injuries and surgical repairs, and added a fair bit of quality tissue across the board.
Now it is time to drop into a cut and get rid of the fluff.

Nice man. Chest came up big time. So did the legs. And your calf’s are wild lol glad u got the gene for those things. I can train mine until I pass out and they won’t grow. Nobody in my family has any kind of calf lol just flat as a board.

Thanks man, appreciate that. I hear ya on the calf struggle, a lot of guys train the hell out of them with little response.
They are the only thing I like really high rep sets on. Mine respond well to sets in the 20-25 rep range.

I just finished my check in with coach, and we are making some changes this week. I got my bloodwork back with excellent results and I am dropping into an aggressive mini-cut, and then moving into another growth push.
During this short cut we are not doing any carb cycling, I will follow a 7 day fixed diet and the starting macros will be 295P 350C 40F
This is actually a nice carb bump for my rest day today which has previously been a very low day. It is a great mental boost to start a cut with what feels like a food bump. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Not much change in the scale this week, very slight drop. 228.8 fasted this morning.

Week 1 of the cut is in the books, and I finished my check in with coach. This was an aggressive carb drop and I am down about 3lbs and looking much drier but also less full. Some fat loss as well, my abs are a bit deeper this week and quads are showing more separation.
no changes to the diet this week, continuing with 295P 350C 40F

When I am on low carbs I like splitting half of my daily carbs between pre and post WO meals and spreading the other 50% out over my other 4 meals tapering the amount per meal down as the day goes on. This works well for me and as long as I keep some fats for the last meal I can still sleep well on low carbs at night.

225.3lbs fasted this morning

Rough day for me today. Started with a sick preschooler last night, and just ran into one thing after another today. Biggest headache came when closing up my camper and campsite for the season and the water pump went out, so had to replace it before I could winterize the plumbing. Wasn't very motivated to hit my push day, but eventually I had my 100 carbs pre-WO and got to work....... ended up with a nasty pump and was glad I got it in, feel so much better now, lifted my whole mood back up.

Finished my check-in with coach this morning, and I am going to continue this mini-cut for one more week and then we will start adding food back in and slowly push into a lean growth phase.
We are dropping carbs some more for this final week of the cut, leg days will go down to 300g & all other training days will drop to 250g.

My average weight was down about a pound and a half this week.
224.9 lbs fasted this morning.

Looking tight brother man!

I was happy with the results of the cut this week, dropped just under 2lb and I am looking much sharper and drier overall with deeper separation.
I had my check in with coach and we are going to end the cut here. I am moving to maintenance calories, before pushing into a growth phase. Carbs are coming up to 500g for 6 TD, and keeping my rest day at 350g.

Fasted weight today was 223lb

After ending that mini-cut, I spent the past two weeks right around maintenance, with an avg of 3500 cal per day. I added some glycogen and water weight the first week, and now my weight has been pretty stable this past week. I had my weekly check in with coach today and he bumped my TD carbs up to 580g. I am still running TRT dose for now, with a test/primo/npp cycle coming up soon as I move into a growth phase.

225.7 lb fasted for check in today

I'm burning through the carbs added last week and my weight has held steady. I am moving into a lean growth phase from here and starting a test/primo/npp cycle.
Starting macros will be 285P, 605C, 45F for 3965 Calories.
Time to grow!

starting point for the growth phase, 226lb fasted this morning.
