Sitting at 194 this morning. Workout pictures from yesterday. Why do I feel like I actually may look better and leaner if I go on a lean bulk.

Current stack
2mg Reta
160 test
30mcg clen ED
4iu HGH

5-6 days a week workout, 30 minutes steady state after. Fasted cardio some mornings

What do yall think I should do? End the cut here and go into a lean bulk or keep pushing?

Mann, started back in October, ex fucked me up bad, max was like 300ish, ik for a fact minimum 295. Been cutting ever since.
Going right back into a growth phase after that much loss might not be the best idea. The body needs some homeostasis after such a drastic change. If you are sick of cutting and pushing, then eat at maintenance until you are ready to push down again. Or if you are happy with your leanness can decide to add some calories for a lean growth phase, but adaption first is key in this situation. Sometimes the body only has so much weight loss in it for such a long run. I just had this happen with someone recently. Dropped a bit more than you in a similar amount of time and his body was like F you for now.

I can keep pushing, no issue in that, think it’s just time to add on some lean mass. How long would you say I need to stay at maintenance?

You don't need to stay at maintenance if you are still losing weight/fat. Just keep cutting. Most people don't cut enough because they feel "skinny" or "small" and want to grow. The leaner you get, the more runway you have for the growth phase I think you are seeking. If you are stuck fat loss wise than a 2–4-week diet break maintenance is usually enough. Again, it's all up to you man.

Right. I was just getting everyone’s opinion on things currently, I’ll keep on trucking 💪

My original thought was 1-2 more weeks of cutting, get bloods done again and whatnot and slowly transition into a lean bulk. Couple months controlled and then polish after on a mini cut lol.

1-2 more weeks and you're already mentally checking out.

6-8 weeks and really get after it to get lean and afford yourself a good rebound growth phase.
