You are a mass monster. I'm going to ask a key question, what is your carb to fat ratio?Just some physique updates. Really habit with the progress. Continuously looking to improve my back, my legs, and just add size overall.
Hope everyone is crushing their week!
Total Calories: 5433.0You are a mass monster. I'm going to ask a key question, what is your carb to fat ratio?

Wow. It really does show how limiting fats can allow insulin to use all the carb and protein synergy as possible.Total Calories: 5433.0
Total Protein: 499.57g
Total Carbs: 586.96g
Total Fats: 108.36gmm
I have added some simple sugars since this calculation, so a bit higher on carbs now. Thanks a bunch my friend!![]()

Really appreciate it man! I am definitely trying to proactively avoid injury.Looking great this time around and keep pushing it as far as you can, without getting broken!
That's a good mindset to be in.Really appreciate it man! I am definitely trying to proactively avoid injury.
Yes, high fat has no place in a clean bulk imo. Bodybuilders benefit so much off carbs and we tread easily into insulin resistance with too high of fat. Furthermore, saturated fats (in eexcess) are literally trying to kill us!Wow. It really does show how limiting fats can allow insulin to use all the carb and protein synergy as possible.
Had to get that through my thick-head.. kept going over my fat macros recently.![]()
Yeah, I'm trying to ease off the whole milk and constant consumption of ground beef. I guess chicken and low fat milk / yogurt is best for longevity.Yes, high fat has no place in a clean bulk imo. I love red meat but always keep it 96/4 ground or top sirloin. I avoid dairy at all cost just because of the lowfodmap style of diet. Eating tons of calories only works for me if it digests quickly and cleanly.Yeah, I'm trying to ease off the whole milk and constant consumption of ground beef. What do you use in place of dairy?I love red meat but always keep it 96/4 ground or top sirloin. I avoid dairy at all cost just because of the lowfodmap style of diet. Eating tons of calories only works for me if it digests quickly and cleanly.
I appreciate that dude! Yes, people don’t understand the diet and workout intensity is going to have a MASSIVE impact on growth. You have to eat to grow! Now this is how you build muscle!!!
So many guys wondering why they aren’t growing off 2,000 calories when taking a bunch of gear. You have to feed the gear or you’re wasting your time.
You look fantastic!!!![]()

Nothing. I always suggest dairy free or lactose free Greek yogurt to my clients. However, I don’t eat yogurt in my own diet. What do you use in place of dairy?
Sorry I missed this reply before. I think I like that split. Looking big AF too!Heya! I posted a workout plan on page 1. It is a variation of what I do. I am happy to send it through if you can’t see it.
I’ll sum it up real quick…
Quads/calves - mon
Push - Tuesday
Off - Wednesday
Thursday - posterior chain
Friday - pull
Saturday off
Sunday - arms and core
Every workout is about 1.25-2.5 hours long. Extremely intense. Usually consisting of accessory movements at the start of workout for muscle exhaustion. This is followed by compound heavier movements to failure. Usually for 2 top sets and an intensifier at the end.
I go hard as fuck and I train to absolute failure. I like to go heavy as possible while still maintaining perfect form and hypertrophy range of repetitions.
Thanks a bunch my dude!Sorry I missed this reply before. I think I like that split. Looking big AF too!

6 plates on that cybex hack squat is unreal!Figured I would upload some workout pics to break up the monotony of my physique updates. Have been really pleased with my progress on the cybex hack squat.
Always wanted to get real hypertrophy range sets with 6 plates. Only recently have I been able to do this. It’s honestly the biggest achievement I’m my eyes I can think of. I worship the cybex hack. So humbling!
Continuing to weekly track personal bests and continue to conquer these each session. Loving where I am and enjoying being in it. High and wide leg presses to truly murder the hams and glutes is also a favorite of mine.
I enjoy every workout but I find the magic inside my leg days. It’s almost like twice weekly I go on a spiritual journey. Crazy to put yourself in a place of pushing so hard. Such a crazy and rewarding feeling when I walk out (or crawl) of the gym.
Hope everyone’s day is kicking ass. Cheers to you all!
Pictured-
•Hack squat - 615 lbs for 2 sets of 8 reps ( one intensifier set after)
•Leg press - high and wide at 1285 lb for 10-12 reps for 3 sets.
•Extensions - the rack to failure for 2 top sets followed by an intensifier
•curls - the rack to failure for 2 top sets followed by an intensifier
