What is up everyone?! Hope everybody’s week is going well. I have been settling into my new ped protocol (700 test c, 700 mast e, and 5 iu gh). Trying to stay strong and injury free meanwhile.

Getting food down is becoming more of a struggle as time goes on but I’m making it work. Really wanting to continue linear progression and trying to keep everything right and tight.

Recently purchased a sauna and have been trying utilize it as a secondary cardio to my spin bike.

Gym days are still filled with progression but I feel as if I may be tapering off a bit. Bloodwork is coming soon. I may try utilizing low dose anavar through that period, or I may begin a small cruise. It will just depend on what the labs say.

Weighing about 276 daily and still moving up. Trying to keep my eyes on the prize and continue moving forward.

Working a lot of overtime but still continuing to improve day by day. Honestly the change has been incredible.

Really loving the platinum masteron. While some claim it to be less anabolic than primo and others I find it to be fantastic. No estrogenic sides while maintaining high estrodiol and I feel stronger and bigger than ever!

Still 700 test, 700 mast, and 5 Iu gh. Food remains the same. Workouts remain insane.

I am adding a picture of me from 1.5 year ago. I feel like I’ve worked my ass off and the transformation shows.

Not much to update honestly. Ssdd. Intensity is at all time high as usual. PED’s remain the same of 700 test, 700 mast, and 5 iu gh (all through platinum). The platinum gear has been dominant. Had most 3rd party tested now and all is pure and clean so far.

Food is the same still stuffing my face until I feel like a bloated tick. Been eating one more red meat meal to replace the chicken meal. This is just because I love red meat.

The only thing that has changed is leg day splits. I have just utilized different machines for my quad and ham days to simply lessen the continuous pounding of one movement on my joints.

I feel as if this helps me navigate the waters of injury avoidance. Yall are awesome. Hope everyone is killing it! Cheers my friends!

Kind of doing this to navigate around my pesky bicep/elbow. Hoping to nurse it back to health soon. Implementing tb500/bpc157 soon.

Some updated photos for yall. My goal this offseason was to absolutely optimize muscle growth. If you scroll back through my log I think we can agree I have added real noticeable mass.

I have tried doing everything just right. The nutrition is exactly where it needs to be. I have to give a huge shoutout to platinum cause let’s be honest, clean efficacious gear makes all the difference.

From there, the rest was on my training. I like to think of myself as someone who takes intensity to a whole other level. I hope my progress is proof of that.

Anyways, I was just pretty proud of these pics I took to update my coach. I felt like I really had something to show for all those meals, all the pins, and all those gruesome sessions in the iron palace. Cheers my friends!
