Hey! Hope everyone is doing splendidly! I am currently rebounding from my first show. That means everything tastes amazing and life is great!

I just won super heavy in my first show and am qualified for nationals. I am more dedicated to bodybuilding than ever. I want to succeed in this with every single fiber of my being. You’d be hard pressed to find someone more driven and hard working!

Although, I have a family and want to take bloodwork, gear, ancillaries, and cardio very serious. I want to ensure I do it as safe and as optimally as possible.


With that being said I’m super happy to be working with platinum. There’s nothing more important to me than clean good gear.

As I started my journey being enhanced in December of 23’ I didn’t know much about this side of things. That lead me to getting some really low quality gear.

I literally ran fevers after some injections for a week at a time. It was an awful and humbling experience. So I set out to make sure I always sourced good high quality (tested) gear.

All that being said I’m stoked to have a consistent, reliable, clean source.

So Welcome to my Platinum pharmaceuticals log! This is where I’ll be tracking my progress towards my goal of winning next year’s state championship and hopefully acquiring a pro card at some point.

I’ll also be sharing my workout routines, diet plans, and the supplements and GEAR that are helping me sculpt the physique.

My goal is to create a transparent and motivating space where we can discuss progress, setbacks, and everything in between. I have said since the beginning I want to be as transparent as possible.

I apologize for the rant but I want to kind of set the stage for the level of passion and motivation I have for this. So anywho, here goes.

Current Exercise Routine:

New workout 5 day split
2024

Monday - Quads calves-

•extensions - warm up then 3x20
•leg press (feet shoulder wide on bottom angle of sled) 3x12 to 16
•hack squat - 2 warm up sets of lower weight 3x10 to 12
•smith squat (quad focus) - 3x10-12
•extension drop set followed by lunges to failure
•clave raises super set - (standing/sitting 3x20 each)

Tuesday - Push
•incline press machine warm up then - 3x10-12
•incline dumbell - 3x12-16
•standing plate press - 3x10 paused when elbows lock
•incline dumbell flies - 3x10 slow
•superset of high cable flies - 3x12 with push ups 3x10
•cable lateral raises - 3 sets lightweight to failure
•dumb bell lat raises - 3x12

Wednesday - OFF DAY - X

Thursday - posterior chain -

•Adductor machine - warm up 2 sets, 3x20
•laying Ham curl machine - 3x20
•Leg press (wide foot placement on high angle of sled) - 3x16
•RDL - warm up to weight - 3x10 (pause and bottom)
•kettle bell/goblet crab squats - 3x12
•standing ham curl machine - 3x16

Friday - Pull -
•Superset rope pullovers with rear delt flies on pec deck - 3x20
•t bar rows - 3x10 after warm up
•low row machine - 3x16
•cable row machine - 3x12
•lat pull downs - 3x12

Saturday - Off day

Sunday - Arms/abs

•cable push downs - 5x20
•cable curls - 3x16
•dumbell tricep kick backs - 3x12
•dumbell curls - 3x12
•machine tricep and bicep superset - 3x12-16 last set end in failure
•sit up on decline bench - 3x10-12
•ab roller - 3-failure
•captains chair leg raises (twist when knees are raised side to side) - 3x10

To be clear I don’t follow this plan to a t. I often modify and change things in real time based on many different factors.

Cardio -

30 min 5 x weekly. I aim to stay in steady state zone 2 for the entire duration. My coach bases his off of resistance but my bike doesn’t measure as such. Furthermore, I have always been a believer of zone 2 steady state cardio. I ensure this by keeping my average heart rate around 140 bpm or higher.

That being said, I tend to try to push this. I love cardio and I want to keep heart healthy so I like to really come alive during these short sessions in off season.

I have been experimenting with vo2 max sessions for 5 min, but my big ass is kind of afraid of pushing it too far! Although, the data now suggests this is the most effective and beneficial cardio now.

I’ve always believed the style of training wasn’t the key, but the intensity.

This is rebound macros so tbh I have already stepped up and I will provide new macros shortly. I’m going to avoid sharing my exact meal plan out of respect to my coach.

Although, I have worked with him to make it LowFODMAP as the main requirement. This is simply because I believe it is the only path to gaining true mass while keeping a healthy gut biome. (Also want to avoid the distended gut as I continue to grow.)

Furthermore, I requested to add in varying fruit to every meal to further my total fiber intake, fiber variation, and address micronutrients.

I also have at least one red meat meal a day for the nutrient density and the obvious amino acid profile (lysine, threonine, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, leucine, isoleucine, valine).

You should be able to get a good idea from here. The meal plan changes but the idea is the same; easy digesting Whole Foods (some minimally processed), varying fiber intakes, and lots and lots of water.

Supplement Stack:

carditone, magnesium, epa dha pro by Thorne, NAC, tudca, berberine, telmisarten 40 mg, hctz 12 mg, tadalafil 5 mg, creatine monohydrate 10mg, quercitin, a Thorne kidney stack, Thorne liver stack, gorilla mind multivitamin, primaforce eaas, hbcd 50 g, gorilla mind energy 1x daily, selenium, d3+k2, curcumin/bioperine, low dose aspirin 1x daily, multilateral. Would love to add in a nootropic stack by gorilla mind but the cost is just holding me back.

Super supplementation-

- Dosing protocol (weekly)
• 525 test
• 700 masteron enanthate
• 210 primobolan enanthate
• 210 NPP

This is a total of 1645 mg a week of anabolics

I am using 5-7 iu’s of gh daily at night prior to bed. I will be adding in 5 units of novalog 3 times a day (every other meal) in 2 weeks.

I will be running labs 4-8 times a year. I will base my dosing on the results of total e2 and igf1. I borrowed some of this protocol idea from Todd Lee MD.

As my e2 increases I will continue to drive test up as long as the igf1 result increases with it. I will continue to increase my test dosage until igf1 no longer rises.

This will determine my final test dose. From there I can increase my main anabolic (masteron) as I see fit in relation to safe blood markers and blood pressure etc.

Last year I only ran test and primobolan (750 test c, 500 primo, 5 iu gh)

and will determine this year which protocol was better. I have always wanted to feel like I could know EXACTLY where my e2 lied. Hopefully this protocol will help that and arguably be the most efficacious dosing protocol possible.

I will attach a few pics of my current physique. Sorry to be long winded but I am literally obsessed with this stuff and was a turbo nerd in my past life (the current one too )

Update

So I happened to have been on vacation for the last week and am still on vacation for another week. Figured I’d do a little checking.

Food has been inconsistent but relatively close my meal plan. However, with the graces of my coach, I have had quite a few unmeasured meals.

Aside from the diet, I haven’t missed a single day on my workout schedule. I simply got whatever passes they had available at local gyms.

I feel better than ever and have seen clear improvements every day since my show. The platinum supplements have been super effective.

Running masteron as my primary anabolic has been awesome. I stay so hungry, feel so strong, and have an insane sex drive. I feel great.

Vacation is over! Back to the grind. I will begin insulin this week along with the 7ius of platinum gh I’ve already been using. The rebound has been absolutely insane. Weighing around 270 and still lean af.

Honestly every workout (I didn’t miss a single one on vacation) has been absolutely epic. I feel like i have gone on a spiritual journey after each session.

After some further research into igf1 serum levels I have decided to change up my original protocol slightly.

It appears serum igf1 aren’t directly related to muscle growth despite what we once thought. Here again, lies the issue with trying to weed through what is fact and what is not. However I think fairly confidently now that reading my serum igf1 may be fairly useless (and costly).

To spare trying to explain with my hillbilly brain I’ll drop a quote via Paul Barnett.

“Muscle growth is primarily influenced by IGF-1 produced locally within the muscle tissue (autocrine/paracrine effects) rather than systemic (endocrine) IGF-1 levels found in the blood. Local IGF-1 is more directly involved in muscle repair and hypertrophy following resistance training and things like using insulin and HGH.
The elevation of serum IGF1 from driving your estrogen through the roof doesn't mean much when it comes to actual muscle growth.
There's no established correlation between Serum IGF-1 and muscle growth. Systemic IGF-1 measured in the serum reflects overall body levels but does not necessarily correlate with the IGF-1 activity within the muscle tissue where growth occurs.
Protein, glucose, and insulin stimulate IGF production.
Estrogen affects IGF by increasing liver production of binding proteins, which can make IGF ineffective. High estrogen levels lead to more binding protein 1, causing IGF to be bound and unable to enter cells. This results in higher serum IGF levels that don't contribute to muscle growth. This is why women, especially during ovulation and pregnancy, have more bound IGF and less muscle growth, as energy is directed towards the embryo/fetus rather than muscles.”

So with this new information it will only slightly change the protocol I’ve aforementioned. I will continue to monitor the estrodial primarily. However now I will be titrating to 750 test. Continuing the previous dosages of primo, mast, and npp.

If/when my e2 spikes out of safe ranges I will dose primo higher in hopes of finding the right test/primo ratio. Once e2 is stabilized I will then begin increasing masteron. From here I should be able to see if mast does or does not have an effect on e2.

If mast does not have an effect on my e2 I will then continue to use masteron as primary anabolic and leave primo/test ratio where it is for the duration of all my off season cycles for my bodybuilding journey.

Thanks for listening to my rants and forgive me for my continuous indecision in trying to find the most safe and efficacious drug protocol.

Vacation consisted of quite a few unmeasured meals. Now that I am back on my macros exactly, I am gaining real weight. Weighing in around 270 daytime weight currently.

Very interesting, keep us updated on the results. Would much rather use those compounds just from an overall feel good standpoint and safety measurement than some other compounds out there.
 
So I have had some high estrogen sides this week that I’ve not experienced in any previous cycle. I believe this is due to the new usage of nandrolone. I have used every other anabolic prior to this offseason without experiencing these side effect. I acted quickly and have implemented .5 anastrazole daily to crush the high estrodial. I have also decided to pull npp to weed out if it is the culprit.

New PED protocol-

•525 test
•350 primo
•420 masteron
•0 npp

I will begin titrating both primo and masteron up after my bloodwork this month. I’d like to get primo to a point of acting as my aromatase inhibitor and primary/secondary anabolic. However, assuming that my npp was the culprit in the rise of e2 I am going to give it a small window for everything to stabilize. The ratio of primo to test was very effective last off season so we will go from there. Unfortunately, I think I aromatize more than the average joe so I think I’m sensitive to certain things.

Being that npp is a 19 nor I want to avoid mental sides and especially gyno. I will try to keep dropping in through the week and once I get this month’s blood work back we will start turning up the heat! Also, I’ve waited a moment to utilize insulin until I feel like we have address e2 concerns fully.

I am feeling stronger than ever and very capable in the iron palace. Food is going down relatively easy (7 meals daily) but still have days where I gag on chicken breast. I plan to transform this year and bring the absolute best to my state show. Cheers everyone and thanks for following along.

What were the e2 sides? And if you drop the npp, raise the primo and masteron, and take a daily AI, how do you know whether or not dropping the npp worked?

I am getting simply getting my e2 down and in range via primo and anastrazole. From there I will back off AI and see if e2 climbs back. Regardless whether it was npp I still don’t need a gyno flare up. I have ran masteron and primo (and in higher doses) in the past as stated. I have never had issues like this with the other compounds.

Would't the anastrazole work on its own to bring your e2 into range? Is the primo also making up some of the aas load lost from removing npp? If you back off the AI and e2 climbs back up what does that make you think? Something's mislabeled? If e2 doesn't climb back up what's the call then? Try the npp again or just ditch it? The goal is to keep e2 in range. Thats the idea behind the whole cycle. Titrating the primo up in accordance to help with total aas but also to find a good ratio of test to primo to keep e2 within range. Once I pull the initial use of anastrozole we will see where that puts me at my current dosages.

Yes, prolactin could obviously be the issue especially considering nandrolone is a 19 nor. However, that doesn’t mean that the solution is any different. While I will implement something like cabergoline if prolactin is found to be high. Yet, once again the immediate solution prior to labs is to crush e2.


My sides were clearly high e2 not just some nipple sensitivity. My ears were red and hot af! Also, the implementation and dosage of anastrazole was given to me by my physician.
