In a week I’m going to deploy some Masteron. One of my favorites of all time. Going to keep the cycle super mild so I can continue to improve health markers which I’m confident will be the case. Cycle will be as follows:

200 test
200 mast
4Iu gh

I consulted with one of the most intelligent anabolic specialists of all time. We had a deep discussion. He basically said just give up with those doses, they might work for a 120lb female.
 
How do you feel on such low macros?
Not great but not horrible. Gym performance is way down, the look surprisingly isn’t that bad. Probably need slightly more anabolics on calories this low. First time taking a cut super seriously tho I’m thinking maybe I should shoot for at least 2200 calories but I’m kinda just guessing what to do right now. I want to get the fat off fast

With your amount of muscle and cardio out put I think the 2,200-2,300 area is low enough. You should lose at a nice clip and can drop a hundred cals when you stall, repeat, etc.

You know your body though! Just don't want to see you stall at 1,800 calories and not have a viable option of going lower. I'll shut up now. :)

Appreciate the advice. But absolutely don’t want to get stuck at 1800 so I’ll adjust accordingly. Also don’t want to get stuck relying on 20k steps either 😂
 
Still feeling pretty shitty but trying to make sure I don’t miss my step goal two days in a row. Have till the end of the night to get 7k more steps. Prob an hour on the treadmill. Holding off on chest till I’m not sick. Might blow over by tomorrow

I’ll crush this big 6$ bag of em if I’m left alone 😂 I went for lemon heads because I went to the store starving. Also last meal was 14.4 oz of plain chicken breast cooked in the instapot no seasoning or sauce. But I’ve been doing like 1800 cals all week so one 3k calorie day won’t really have an impact.

Also cooked 7lbs of chicken for the next couple days so I’m more prepared for the rest of the week

Man you’re bringing back some uncomfortable memories while I’m reading about how you’re basically starving yourself. Well compared to the way I’m shoveling food in my disgusting face lately. It just reminds me of eating nothing for days. wearing a fucking garbage bag suit and sweating my dick off while I ran for what seemed like days trying to make weight. It’s no wonder my kidneys are fucking junk.

Takes a strong individual to do what you dumb fuckers do to cut. Especially just to prove something to yourself.

Got mad respect for you dude. Drive and determination is something most guys don’t understand these days. Your kids are gonna excel big time in life if they got even half of that. 👍💪👌😊

Waist is 33! I’ll take it. Need some advice on my steps. Should I continue to eat around 2200 calories until I stop losing weight, and then start shooting for 12k steps? Or keep the steps in all the way through? Not sure what to do here, I’ve never done a real programmed cut before.
