This just ironically popped up today. There's a lot deeper info than this. But in short. Overabundance of oxalates can form calcium in the body, this can be in the arteries, or as gout, or as kidney stones. One thing about spinach is it is probably the MOST abundant oxalate rich food you can eat. I like his part of oxalate neutralizers. Calcium can bind to oxalates, but remember, calcium is synergistic. So, calcium CAN cause calcification in the body without magnesium, D3, and K2. These nutrients will put the calcium in the bone where it belongs. Other things like B6 also help. I think one of the best things you can take is Potassium Citrate. It also breaks down calcium buildup if you start having stuff like kidney stones from, etc. VERY effective supplement. Not to mention potassium is great for other reasons, like keeping electrolytes in your body, and it is one of the most effective natural blood pressure medications you can take. I mean think about, that is essentially what BP meds are doing already. Why do you think the FDA has regulations on potassium dosages? Because it works. I personally take 500mg with every meal (3g a day). I can attest that it works. Anyway, that was a little off topic, but had to drive the point home about potassium.

Macros for the day I’m done eating. Too low but I’ll eat some rice tomorrow maybe with sauce. All of the carbs are from fruit mainly apples IMG_5719.jpeg

My coach talks about this all the time. Guys start dieting and feel small and fat and loose a ton of motivation. Ride it out man. Get depleted and small. Get the fat off, and then when you refeed...fuck. Beast mode!

People confuse depleted with muscle loss. It's freaking glycogen.
