Had a good session today. Progressed on everything except the adductors, matched those from last session where I had added reps.

Fucked around and got this nasty leg pump pic, had to take it.

Adductor x2
Leg curl x3
Leg extension x3
Leg press x2

2/15 Upper

Had a big jump on my incline DB press. Last time got 115s for 9. What to do? Go 120s or 125s? Went with the 125s and got 6 and 4 reps for my two sets. Huge sets for me very happy with that. Added another 10 pounds to my dips, 110 pounds on the belt for a set of 5. Will work with that weight and bring it to 10 reps.

2/21 weekly check in

Average weight up to 193.8
That’s a 2.1 pound jump from last week which is funny to me since I brought the food up two weeks ago and then it just came out of nowhere this week. I’ll take it.

Condition still looks good to me. Good lines in the quads and lower back looks unchanged.

Getting the full bloodwork panel this morning. Hopefully all is good so I can keep going until end of April which is the plan. Want to thank @Nood for telling me about HelloGoodLabs. Bloodwork is crazy cheap on that site. Don’t know how they do it but I’m not complaining.

Training is still going great. Pressing and squaring strength continues to improve session to session. Well above prior levels.

Each time my weight goes up I’m comparing to last year at similar weight and difference in body composition has been crazy to see. This really has been a massive recomp phase even though that wasn’t necessarily the goal.
