Thank you brother, this has been a very productive push phase even though the scale hasn't blown up. The visuals tell a different story.Looking f'ing awesome man. Damn!!!

Stoll2/21 weekly check in
Average weight up to 193.8
That’s a 2.1 pound jump from last week which is funny to me since I brought the food up two weeks ago and then it just came out of nowhere this week. I’ll take it.
Condition still looks good to me. Good lines in the quads and lower back looks unchanged.
Getting the full bloodwork panel this morning. Hopefully all is good so I can keep going until end of April which is the plan. Want to thank @Nood for telling me about HelloGoodLabs. Bloodwork is crazy cheap on that site. Don’t know how they do it but I’m not complaining.
Training is still going great. Pressing and squaring strength continues to improve session to session. Well above prior levels.

Thanks bro! Always!Stoll
Holding amazing condition with that food bump too man! The grind continues![]()

Nutty man! Some shots from upper session. This was a good one, lots of progress across the session except lat. just been matching output on these for the last couple.
Each time my weight goes up I’m comparing to last year at similar weight and difference in body composition has been crazy to see. This really has been a massive recomp phase even though that wasn’t necessarily the goal.

Reta is outstanding on blood work and keeping insulin sensitivity in large carb/GH periods. The ONLY thing I dislike is the possible stomach/waist distension that occurs in some people due to the slow gastric emptying. I'm talking LARGE amounts of food though. It's just something I've noticed that can be noticeable when cutting back down. Of course, that doesn't apply for everyone. Also, I've seen cases with some stomach issues after discontinuing that can last weeks to months.I’d be curious for @Meetketchup to offer some feedback on this. I respect the man’s opinion. I know in general he is not a fan but with this type response I have had, I wonder if it changes anything.
That's all. Hope that clears up my position. Looks like it's working awesome for you! Bloods looking great and glad you're healthy!Oh of course man.
