I do them standing but can try them seated with the pulley all the way at top. Another variation is using a rope handle on the seated cable row.Anyone remember face pulls? Try em seated.
A staple for my rear delts.
Side delts I find behind the back on the low pully lateral raises really smoke em.
Front delts....meh I'll do some front lateral raises but they get used on Chest day also so no need to pound the fronts,
