Testosterone boost for 37 yo?

Other then eating/living a healthy life style i am not sure boosters do much good in the long run. If a persons body thinks a certain level is where they should be then once that level is boosted the body will sense it and down regulate the levels to where it thinks is should be. Or is the testicles really can't produce much more then the booster does no good either.

Any recommendations of supplements to boost my T?

My previous blood test results for the T:

05/07/2019 386 ng/dL
01/26/2021 457 ng/dL
2/21/2023 375 ng/dL

TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL, MALES (ADULT), IA
Reference Range: 250-827 ng/dL

My doc said there's no need to boost my T, and as far as I agree with everyone and my dog that I don't need full blown TRT, but to hell with whoever thinks this T level is awesome.
I'm so tired living like this: tired, low energy, low libido, extremely slow weight loss, etc… I can grind hard for few months but I always fu*k it up after I'm burning out. I'm trying this year more long term game, steady approach, not restricting calories like an anorectic, but also not lynching myself for eating fast food chicken during 16 hour drive.

I'm tired of trying different things that I don't even know if they work. More like spending money on them.

Currently I use only Fadogia Agrestis 600mg with Tongkat Ali (Indonesian) 400mg. Specifically for the T.

Sleep: 9-10 h (no joke, my recovery sucks)
Diet: below 2,000 calories. Veggies, meat, fish, zego sugar, I'm avoiding carbs, but I will get them from fruit if I need.

I beg for help. Not ask. I beg.

Edit: I'll also add that I've tried IGF1-LR 3, Ipamorelin+MOD GRF 1-29, AOD 9604, Sermorelin. Multiple sources. Absolutely zero effects. Wasted money. The only peptide that worked was BPC-157 for my ligaments and tendons injuries from jiu jitsu (TB 500 for my torn hamstring didn't do sh*t as well).

Never done anything besides that for GH or the T boost.
What was your Estrogen for those test? Also what time of day did you draw the bloods? Did you happen to pull a thyroid panel too during those test?

No estrogen test. I think. I don't think Dr order it. But I will look into my labs.

Could there be a different name/term/lingo for thyroid panel?

It was very early morning on empty stomach.

Yea…estrogen issues and testosterone issues can present the same side effects, so you need to have your estrogen (E2) checked to.

Thyroid panels check for TSH, T3, T4 and possibly some other things I am forgetting. Thyroid issues could resent some if the sides you’re talking about too.

Looks like you pulled bloods at the right time.

I don't see estrogen.

TSH W/REFLEX TO FT4
Reference Range: 0.40-4.50 mIU/L

My recent result was 1.12, and previously 1.09.

I'll Google and learn some about estrogen. I don't understand why even feel like my doctor when was explaining it's just stuck with me that estrogen is a female hormone. There's so much bro science everywhere. I'm glad I found this forum.

Cool. Research your results and study up on the forums and you’ll get the hang of it.
