In regards to bloods.
What results are we looking for when testing 10 IUs of GH pinned 3 hours before bloods drawn? Are we looking for high serum and IGF levels or can we have high IGF levels and regular serum levels?
If exogenous GH is properly binding then it should lead to high IGF-1 levels as opposed to high serum levels and vice versa, if someone's body isn't able to convert GH then serum levels should be higher (than reference range) as opposed to IGF levels.
Could someone share their results if testing both GH Serum and IGF-1 at the same time?
