Received a BOGO order last week and with the busy week I had I never noticed items were missing! Today I received a tracking # for an order I didn’t know about ……turns out my last tracking email stated items were out of stock and it mentioned refunds which I never even saw or replied to… long story short my complete order is on the way because IL reps followed thru with great service and sent the back order !!!! In the past with other suppliers that stuff would been long lost and I wouldn’t have even known huge shout out to IL for great service!!!

Yep everyone should know sometimes IL sends multiple packs. I order with them monthly so I see this all the time. You always get your order and its always A+
 
they have some of the best customer service on the forum.

they probably make top 3 on anyones list.

open honest and follow through. cant really ask for much more.
