Test Blast Sleep Problems

Curious if anyone had this same issue. I'm running 300mgs Test E and waking up a lot during the night and getting low-quality sleep unless I use sleeping pills (which I'll still wake up at night regardless).

I'm 3 weeks in. I was pinning M/W/F. I was told that it might be unstable estrogen by someone who had similar issues so I started pinning every day 3 days ago.

I've heard about people having bad sleep from test alone but this is pretty annoying lol...should I drop the dose or wait a week or so to see if pinning everyday fixes it?

If anyone knows how to mitigate it/if pinning every day will actually do anything I'd appreciate any answers! Never had sleep issues beforehand. I barely eat carbs at night too.

What AI are you using and what is your AI dosage? Sleep issues is usually due to crashed/low estrogen.
 
That is odd. 300mg isn't very much as is. You could obviously drop to 200mg and see if it makes a difference.

Really need blood work to paint a complete picture of what's going on.

You haven't changed up your stimulant usage at all? Such as prework, caffeine etc?

It probably shouldn’t make a difference, but what time if the day are you injecting? 300 is a relatively low (but still effective) dose. It certainly shouldn’t be lowering your estrogen. What other supplements/ancillaries/compounds are you using or have used in the last few months?

Nope. Haven't used any stimulants at all since the cycle started. Diet didn't change, sleep schedule itself didn't change. I'll probably try dropping to 200 and see if that helps.

If it does I'll get bloods done at 200, then go back up to 300 at some point and get bloods again to see what changed.

I inject first thing in the morning. Only other things I take are CoQ-10 (started that yesterday) 400 mgs. 5000 IU's vitamin D3. Multi-vitamin, Fish oil.

Same stuff I took before cycle (other than CoQ-10) and sleep was great.

Nothing. This is my first blast ever which is why I chose 300mgs since I wanted to start lower in case I had any issues. Haven't used anything else. No AIs, SERMs, nothing.

Nope. Dick works fine (and morning wood every day). No lumps under nipples and no pains. Feel great. Bloods would be the only way to know for sure so I'm gonna get those done soon. The last doc I went to for bloods didn't test for half the shit I requested so I just got back a panel with no valuable information on it. Annoying.

Just go online and buy bloods your self and go have them done.

I use private md labs. Depends on what state you're in if they serve your area.

Haven't tested it actually. Should probably do that. I mean if it means anything, I'm not overweight (I'm fairly lean), do about 7-8 hrs of cardio every week, and I feel fucking great apart from the issues with sleep, my diet isn't retarded either. I eat very clean.

Would that be something that could affect sleep? I feel like if it was way too high I would feel something else or have like nose bleeds etc but I've never had it go very high I don't think.

About the only time mine goes high is if I don't get some blood out of me every 2-3 months (high hgb/hct from gear). Either by donation or otherwise.

It didn't effect sleep but I suppose it's possible. I am on prescription ambien though that I've been on even b4 I was blasting gear.

Honestly, I feel that I’ve read hypertension can cause high blood pressure, but at the moment I’m not free to search. In the very least, finding your experiencing hypertension could point you in the right direction in regards to finding the culprit if your insomnia.

This was really the only other thing I could find on it. Exact same issue as me (but at a TRT dose from someone who I assume was hypogonadal) I guess I might try to keep pinning every day and see if I just adjust to it and get over it. If so, maybe I can pin 3x a week again and not deal with this lol. I'll keep it at 300mgs for a few more weeks so I'm not jumping up and down but hopefully it fixes itself.

I'm mostly just posting for other people with the same problem. I couldn't find very much online or from talking to people other than injecting every day stabilizing estrogen resulting in fewer sleep issues for some people. Hopefully, this thread helps someone else haha.

I crushed my estrogen with AI on accident and that fucked me up until someone here helped me realize the problem.
