I started injecting my YK-11 pre workout in the muscle directly, so using spots like my upper pec , tricep, lat. I was just wondering if anyone else had good results doing the same or if it really matters.

For me I use glutes, pecs, shoulders. I like pecs the best overall

What's the o/u and vials of Tren wager that he's out before the 90 days?

He's got a good frame, I'm rooting for him. Hope he chills out a lil bit. I'm all for being a heavy poster, but taking shots at folks out of the gates and talking about shit he doesn't know doesn't lead me to think he'll quickly change. His frontal lobe is still developing and he's got test levels near 5k. Bruh ain't thinking right.

Very interesting split. I personally couldn’t recover from that or train with the intensity needed to have chest and back or some of the other workouts in one day, but I’m also older and more beat up. Keep us posted with fatigue.

its a 5 day split putting arms and back as my main focus of improvements resting thursday sunday.

100% understand how you set it up. I personally like
To focus on one body part a day. Maybe 2 max. When I was younger, I could train chest/back or upper with the intensity I wanted to. But I just can’t keep up like that anymore, so I do the bro split.

In addition, my back and chest need more than 48hrs to recover. But again, I think if it works it works. Splits, volume, and intensity are really simple. Pick a split that allows you to recovery fully before your next workout, as many sets as you can recover from without losing intensity. More than anything, find a split and training style that allow you to enjoy training.

For instance, I hate high volume training. So I don’t do it. I train high intensity lower to medium volume. That’s not to say volume training doesn’t work. In fact I’d probably have a bubblier looking physique if I trained that way.

If you can recover, you should really get good results from this.
 
I prefer to go off of a weekly set target, but the exercise selection on my chest fill be more isolation focus and back day is going to be the more compound focus. 4 exercises back 2 sets each and in between its broken up with 2 chest exercises of 3 sets. Back will be the compound focus and my

this allows for me to target the main focus (Back thickness) while also getting some chest sets in to fill my quota. Although my chest is def a stringer point I still need to hit it enough. Again if you can recover, it’ll be good. Weekly targets don’t mean anything if you can’t recover from it.

Since your body is so fresh, you’ll likely get away with it. Just stuff to think about in the future.
