Yeah I wouldnt mess around with anything more than the 5mg 2x a week I'm already doing. Im a super responder, and I dont want tap dance in that mine field. I'm going back to my doc for labs on the 31st so well see what my test, free and e2 is now. When I took them and posted i was 3 days past injection so it was REALLY high LOL I think in the mid 600's

You hit the nail on the head there. Some men feel great at 1000 total test but some men feel great at 600. Hormones are so individualistic for men and women.

I was peri my test was 4 and my e2 was 41 so yeah everything was in the tank. 5mg of test 200 2x a week literally changed my life, everything your wife is experiencing, I went through. I'm also on reta and tesamorelin (plus an bunch of other support supplements) Ive never been happier!

Thanks for the response. Did you address the e2 of 41 before hitting menopause? My wife's e2 always tests on the "low normal" side of lab reference ranges. She's been tested several times and we've never seen numbers over 60. No doc wants to address it until she's completed "the change".

I went to two different doctors who said "thats fine, your fine" I said to them "I DONT FEEL FINE" so it sounds like she and I are living parallel lives LOL becuase they said the same thing to me. I was absolutely miserable. I did a tiny experiment, I didnt pin for almost 2 weeks to see how I would feel and that black cloud of misery creeped in again. So, its been a life saver. Im no feminist or anything like that but there really should be more studies and doctors paying attention to women's hormones, especially their T levels.

All, I got a lady friend that wants to dose in smaller (think old lady HRT levels) amounts than the typical 200mg/ml T Cyp allows for. Is there a seller that sells 100mg/ml T cyp vials? Or is there anyway for me to dilute what I have on hand?

She's been seeing a doc and knows what levels she feels good at but done with the stupid expensive monthly subscription.

My wife is experiencing the same thing you are. She’s 51 and is peri. She practically had to twist her dr’s arm to get an estrogen patch. That has helped some but her test is tanked. She went to a different dr and found out her test is nearly nonexistent and they want to put her on pellets. Her and I both are not a fan of that and she wants injections so she found another Dr that will do injections. The bad thing is we both powerlifting and she’s in the tested division so she can get on test until after the end of May which is our nationals meet in CA. But either way she’s really wanting to get her test up so she feels normal again.

Well if it’s test 250 u could add 10cc of sterile oil for 20 cc total and it would make 125 mg per cc , which is 1.25 mg per unit, 4 units would be 5mg on the money . U can get sterile 20cc vials and wattman filters for next to nothing on Amazon

Somehow I didn't see this before. So where would one get "sterile oil"? I assume it needs to match whatever carrier oil I'm mixing it with? Probably MCT since we know that works for her.

You can't do e without progesterone or the uterus will not shed and guaranteed uterine cancer.

Never understood why you would give a woman Test. Theres a reason any medical use for testosterone outside of TRT was dropped in the 40s and every other steroid was developed. It's just by far the least selective and most androgenic compound, relative to the anabolism it promotes. Even tren would be a better choice.

Today, testosterone is widely used (and studied) for conditions like hypoactive sexual desire disorder and surgical menopause.

I feel insanely better at 500mg/week vs 250mg/week. I’ve never had my blood work at 500mg though, 1255 at 250mg

Women are only "prescribed" test off label for the general things androgens do, promote libido, bone health, anemia etc. When I say test was dropped medically, it was, for anything we want out of androgen besides it's literal maculinizing features.
Muscle building, boosting red blood cell count, fighting muscle wasting, all medical conditions all are why the other steroids were developed and used. Women were given 500mg+ of primo a week for months, anadrol at 100mg+ a day for months, for similar conditions. The drugs were eventually dropped because newer less sides prone drugs were developed, but the trials for these drugs still continued for years. Try to imagine if similar doses of testosterone were given to women. A chick on 500mg test/wk would be looking like a teenage boy within a month awful sides within a week probably too.

I'm not saying any dose of test will masculinize a woman, but for any reason a woman would want to take exogenous androgens. Testosterone is just far and away the shittiest and worst choice. Your actively choosing to make ur chick more of a man. But hey if thats what you want, do it, it's honestly popular among bodybuilders so I'm not suprised. Some dudes just also have the addict mindset and want their chick to do the same drugs they do lmfao.

Agreed. People don’t realize this, and most doctors have no clue on this either, but women produce 10 times more test than estrogen naturally. Test is measured in nanograms per deciliter and estrogen is measured in picograms per milliliter. So if you measured them both in ng/dl it would show the difference. Women just covert and use the test in different ways than the male body. They NEED test just like men NEED estrogen. To think women don’t need test or test replacement when hormones are jacked up is just insane.

Dosing looks like it's all over the place on E. I'm seeing everything from 1.5mg per MONTH up to 1-5mg per week. Obviously a huge difference there.
