Hey guys i have been lifting for a couple years but just got serious about 6 months ago. I have done some pro hormones ( epistane) and got really good results. Did a 3 week cycle and lost 7.5 lbs and gained back 7 lbs of muscle. Gained about 50 lbs in my bench and 200 in legpress. I am looking to take the next step and hit some sustanon 250. I have been researching it allot and think i know what i want to do but just wanting to get yalls advice on it. Thanks
 
Personally I dont like sust.... and I dislike it even more for a first timer. Long story short sust was my first cycle way back in the day and I regret it. I felt up and down and bloated like crazy. Stick to a single compund and not a "blend."

I have two suggestions for a first timer. 1) Test Prop. I know this isnt a popular drug for a first cycle but I like it because it gives you more control. More stable plasma levels and if you have probs you can stop asap and start PCT right away. 2) Test E or C.... simple protocol and proven,

what are your stats and diet? youve only been serious 6 months? your cycle is only as good as your diet and effort
 
Yeah i have been lifting for a couple years but just started going hardcore 6 months ago just slamming as much weight as i can to build muscle. Stats are 5'11 200lbs 33 waist. Bench 225 max legs press 1700 max. My diet isnt very good i have to admit. I drink to many sodas thats my weakness. I try to get atleast 300 grams of protein a day. 200 grams from shakes and the rest from high protein food.
 
You'll do yourself a big favor if you spend time in our diet/nutrition forum and get your eating right first. Correct training & eating 1st and then add in a cycle is the way to go.

Yeah i know what you mean. I am working on that. Trying to eat better and cutting out sodas
