You'll get there, Ive had several injuries/surgeries where I'm out of the gym for a couple of years, once healed. It didn't take long for the muscle to come back. Muscle memory is real!!

Still strong as fuck!! Why do you think you BG is creeping up?
I raised my HGH dose from 5ius to 10. Increlex during the day my BG is good as I track it with my Libre 3 CGM but fasted in the AM I'm 95-110.
Still feeling strong even though my cruise is more like a big cycle to most...lol

could rack it Intra W/O was sprayed at least 10 feet. the sound of
660#'s hitting the floor and my barf made the whole gym look, luckily
I'm not shy. Took me a full hour to get all 20.
My client/leg day partner got 670x20. Kid is starting to really put on
size and his strength is incredible.
