They have a 8 year 150k mile warranty on the battery toothe cars are alot cheaper than I expected even from dealers. I just looked on craigslist and they are pretty low miles between 15k to 20k. looks like if its over 10 years old the price is much cheaper Imd guessing it has to do with the battery life
Nodo you think the market will be green on Monday?
I'm down more than you but I still work so I'm buying low.I’m just stating a fact here and don’t care about your theories, speculation or justifications.
Since Trumps inauguration I’ve lost $68k, mostly in the last two weeks. I’m going to guess that the majority of people on here don’t even have that much saved.
This is great for those of you who are speculating and still building wealth, not so much for those of us who are living off our investment.
Someday you’ll be in those shoes and you’ll understand why us older folks are experiencing the anxiety we are.
I do.I’m just stating a fact here and don’t care about your theories, speculation or justifications.

I’m mad I missed out on the Newsmax meme stock lolCan’t argue with that, this is etfs on sale for me, I’m putting money in just to see it burn short term, but wondering what’s everyone else’s take.
This is the wayNothing wrong with DCA'ing on the way down.![]()
I’m 63 years old and managed to save a million dollars to retire on. We don’t take much out monthly, just a supplement to social security. No im not working and no I’m not buying. Buy with what? My $2300 social security? My $175 VA pittance?I'm down more than you but I still work so I'm buying low.
If you aren't working and are not buying you are in trouble for sure.
Sad part about what you wrote is that there are millions of older people sitting on less than what I am and their future is bleak. Republicans and corporations have watered down or eliminated pensions in this country. They tell us to start a 401, invest in an IRA. For what? Just so some asshole billionaire can snatch the rug out from under them as he speeds by in his golf cart yelling “ the strong will survive”I do.
It will bounce back and you will be back where you were. Markets move up and down. Since you keep track of your retirement, I'm sure you understand that? Markets don't just go up and up and up. LOL. We'd all be billionaires if that was the case.
Guarantee you by next year you will be in the positive. Just like markets don't keep on going up continuously, they also don't go down continuously.
I know you're not an investor, I get that's just your retirement, but he best money is made by running into a burning building.
yet you still won't respond where I prove it was worse under your lord bidenI’m just stating a fact here and don’t care about your theories, speculation or justifications.

They may not make it a year.
There are a lot more people in this country than just you. How about we take care of those who’ve given their sweat and blood to build this country instead of profiting from their misery.
No you are missing the entire point. Hooray for you, you make money from the market.Interesting that that's all you got out of my post. Good riddance. FYI I'm thankful to businessmen for giving me the opportunity to be self employed from using the stock market. Billionaires certainly haven't stole my money
No you completely ignored the point of my original post and instead made it about how people with money are evil and stealing your paychecks. I simply countered your retarded post making a point that I an still making money off the market and the only reason I can make money is because of entrepreneurs like Elon Musk and Michael Saylor. No you are missing the entire point. Hooray for you, you make money from the market.
This isn’t about you.
OMG, this is a useless discussion. No you completely ignored the point of my original post and instead made it about how people with money are evil.

You and your advisor made your fund choices. The day you quit working is the day you rebalance out of risk. I'm slowly moving in and out of risk and I'm years away from retirement. This is super basic retirement investing. Unless you sold your position you didn't lose anything. Unrealized losses are unrealized.I’m 63 years old and managed to save a million dollars to retire on. We don’t take much out monthly, just a supplement to social security. No im not working and no I’m not buying. Buy with what? My $2300 social security? My $175 VA pittance?
I didn’t work for 45 years so some asshole could fuck around like a 5 year old having a fit at the candy aisle and piss it all away.
I didn’t lose shit under that moron Biden.
Yes.You and your advisor made your fund choices.
That isn’t necessarily true. TBH I lost $60k during Covid and I was already in the lowest risk asset mix. I was earning 2.5% fund returns annually the day I retired. The fund structure at that time amortized the balance for 20 years to zero balance. The day you quit working is the day you rebalance out of risk.
Hmm, let’s do a little math…Recessions don't happen overnight. It takes about 18 months for them to show up in an economy. This is on Biden as much as anyone.
Trump causing a recession and blaming Biden is pretty predictable. Its like rule #1 of Maga club.
Typical maga blame shift the previous administration as long as shits going south.Hmm, let’s do a little math…
…18 months before Biden took office.
Yup. If the economy caught fire and took off it would ass slapping and high fiveing in MAGA world. It takes a shit and it’s Biden’s fault. I’ll bet in 18 months from now when we are in a full blown recession, this conversation will have never happened.Typical maga blame shift the previous administration as long as shits going south.
I got a feeling we’re going all the way to the bottomVery quick recovery. Wonder if it's going to hit a consolidation point and drop again or continue to go up past my option price. Either way, I have to form a game plan. To hold or sell and buy. Kind of unpredictable volatility right now.
