So I'm around 2200 calories and feeling pretty good. For awhile I wasn't seeing results but this week I did. I haven't lost much muscle or size. I feel I should stick to my diet until I feel I need to trim more. I'm just enjoying bodybuilding ATM but hope to do a show in the future. What are your all thoughts? I plan on bringing up my chest and biceps. I am 37 and been on trt with blood work ATM 100mg test cyp a week. Nothing crazy I feel I'm not in good enough shape yet to consider my options.
