So I'm around 2200 calories and feeling pretty good. For awhile I wasn't seeing results but this week I did. I haven't lost much muscle or size. I feel I should stick to my diet until I feel I need to trim more. I'm just enjoying bodybuilding ATM but hope to do a show in the future. What are your all thoughts? I plan on bringing up my chest and biceps. I am 37 and been on trt with blood work ATM 100mg test cyp a week. Nothing crazy I feel I'm not in good enough shape yet to consider my options.1000001323.png
 
Will do. The only thing I hate is I feel weaker. A lot of my lifts went down and I feel a little more tired. I'm hoping it's just my body adjusting to the lower macros

Your not gonna be as strong in a deep deficit unless your a freak but important to still train hard and with purpose. Besides the calorie deficit what does your training and cardio look like ?

Definitely not, especially on 100mg of test a week.

I do 4 days cause of work usually Monday legs t chest tri w back bi th delt traps and whatever else. I work 3 12s. Cardio I was doing step master 20 minutes. Changed up a little. Dropped around 25 pounds last 3 months. Now just slow about 1-2 lbs a wk
 
The biggest obstacle is getting around the idea that you are small and getting weak. That is just in your head. The leaner you get the bigger you look because you can see muscle definition. You have a good ways to go for reversing out. Once you get super lean stain, lean is very simple to put on size because you are super insulin sensitive and have a long runway to put on some size. Good luck.

Yea I feel a lot better my total was 129 free so my VA doctor put me on 100 wk I already feel really good about a month on it. Gonna have to stock up soon. It's been about 10 years but I loved the 500 wk range felt great.
 
I would continue to get lean. Add in more cardio, like 30-40min EOD and then move up to 5days a week. You can do treadmill on 3 and put on level 5-8. I would also move the test up to like 300. Otherwise you will lose a lot of muscle. Keep the diet clean, have clean carbs, low fat, high protein. Drop calories at about 500 cal at a time. Yes, your clothes will be bigger when you start dropping fat. It will take time and consider going 12-16 weeks max.
