If I can keep my knees good and intensity the way it is they are going to turn into tree trunks so let’s hope we stay healthy

Body just feels great and energy levels are amazing. Plan updates as of yesterday is we lowered food some and raised cardio a little bit to make a final last push before we reverse out and turn into a freak

Great session. Added 2 reps to each set of squats and went up in weight on most other lifts. Knees are feeling great, I hope this transitions into my rebound and can really push intensity to grow.
