Nice and brutal just how I like it. Tonight’s pump was pretty insane and a little painful. Really connecting well on legs hope to transition this into growth when we reverse and up the food. If I can keep my knees good and intensity the way it is they are going to turn into tree trunks so let’s hope we stay healthy

Pull day done and over with. Got a new non stim pre workout and the pumps are pretty wicked from it. Haven’t needed caffeine in a while now. Body just feels great and energy levels are amazing. Plan updates as of yesterday is we lowered food some and raised cardio a little bit to make a final last push before we reverse out and turn into a freak 🤘🏻

Not much to say everything right on track and where it’s supposed to be while strength is still increasing. Couldn’t be happier with progress. Doing my 35 mins of cardio and then going to go home and have me a pint of ice cream and relax the rest of the day. May take to the kiddo on a walk or to the park.

Just realized I never posted my cheat meal from Saturday. Plus a whole other plate of sweet potato casserole and a big slice of peanut butter pie. Just throwing gas on the fire. If your coach isn’t giving you cheat meals. Something is wrong. Rest day next 2 days hit a new low this morning as well.

swapped a couple things up today to try to target lower lats more. Definitely felt it so gonna see how I like it moving forward. Got in and got my workout done early today. The wife and I are taking the kiddo to the zoo light show tonight. I prefer afternoon workouts but this was okay

Pretty decent workout. I think I only progressed on one lift but that’s okay honestly didn’t think there would be any progress at this point. Hope everyone had a good weekend! Mine was busy and flew by but still checked all my boxes!
