Today was definitely a Monday lol. Dragging a little ass today… nothing a little caffeine couldn’t fix but I’ve been doing really good not having any caffeine. I swapped back squats for single leg presses knees was shaking anytime I got near the hack squat machine lol.

Single leg presses 3x12
Tricep press down 3x15
Leg curl 3x10
Close grip cable curl 3x10
