Today was definitely a Monday lol. Dragging a little ass today… nothing a little caffeine couldn’t fix but I’ve been doing really good not having any caffeine. I swapped back squats for single leg presses knees was shaking anytime I got near the hack squat machine lol.

Really good session. My little gym I usually go to for leg days is shut down for 4-6 weeks. So no belt squat 😞 switched them out for smith squats also got me a cheat meal tonight. Five guys double cheeseburger and large fries 🤘🏻

How do you execute each set? Are you failing the 12 rep and dropping weight to fail at 12 again, or are you not training to failure?

Yeah first set is usually to failure whether that be 10, 11, or 12 and then just stay at that same weight usually only lose like a rep or so unless it’s a really heavy compound lift then I may drop the weight a little bit on next set to make sure I stay in the 8-12 range.

Nice and brutal just how I like it. Tonight’s pump was pretty insane and a little painful. Really connecting well on legs hope to transition this into growth when we reverse and up the food. If I can keep my knees good and intensity the way it is they are going to turn into tree trunks so let’s hope we stay healthy
