Last Saturday for the farmers market till next year even though I never got anything there the wife and daughter love it so it became a tradition to go and then do all our grocery shopping on Saturdays. But anyways, decent workout my water intake has been shit today and I could tell it at the gym. Drink your water fellas…

Pretty good Sunday actually got a nap in today after church that was nice! Water intake was much better today and it reflected in my gym performance!

Still holding a decent amount of fat but it’s coming off slowly but surely. We’re pushing on the gas now and about to get a little more aggressive this coming week. Stay tuned 🤟

All caught up! You put on some serious size and in a great position. That fat will fall right off. The best part is watching the off-season gains come through from all your hard work. Can't wait to see the final product. Keep grinding!
