Should I be concerned with these levels while on cycle?

Was wondering if I should be concerned with these levels. I feel great. No sensitive nipples or balls. Emotions and energy feels great.Sleeping and eating well. E2 is at 101. Just worried my doc is gonna cut me off of test cyp prescription.
Or if there is any health concerns I should look out for.

Currently on: [weekly]
300 test cyp
210 mast e
2iu hgh
20mg anavar
5mg tadalafil.

5’7 185lbs. Not jacked, not skinny, not fat. Just trying to get a little jacked and kinda ripped if you know what I mean lol.

It is impossible to determine if you should or should not be concerned, because this is merely a CBC panel, it doesn't really tell us a whole lot. We have no idea what this is doing to your lipids, kidneys, liver, etc. More complete bloodwork is needed.

Despite the fact we don’t see full labs, if you feel good I wouldn’t worry about e2 being too high. Some guys feel better with higher e2.

Youre pulling almost 2600NG/DL on 300mg? Pretty damn impressive. Id say the chance your doctor is not gonna like these numbers is pretty high

yeah I don’t know. My t levels was at 193 before getting back into trt. Took a break for a while but trying to make a comeback at 44 yrs old. Don’t know if I can call it a come back though if I was never there lol

Also my doc is more of a “wellness” peptide pusher. I’m pretty sure he was trying to hint at pharma Hgh to me So I hope he knows the deal and keeps helping me out. lol.

Ok your numbers are going to be all jacked up while you are on gear. This is the reason why I do blood work before I start to make sure all markers are in line and 60 days after cycle to make sure I recovered completely. At test levels over 2300 your doc is supposed to cut you off. This is the reason I wait at least 30 days after cycle to do blood work to see the levels drop to normal.
With that said no one is a doctor here (as far as I know) and it is completely up to you to seek medical advise if you deemed necessary. I will tell you gain I've been in this lifestyle for over 30 years and the numbers are always jacked (speaking for myself only) while on cycle. Best of luck to you.

Estrogen always has the biggest scare when people don't realize estrogen is neuroprotective if your feeling great at those levels and no side effects leave it alone

So just got back from doc, if you can call him that and he wasn’t concerned. He even refilled my test cyp prescription. I just told him that I accidentally injected the day before my blood draw. That being said, can anyone recommend a good place to send my blood in and what kind of panel to order. Also, does any company offer help as far as, I tell them what I’m on and they help make adjustments and recommendations to mitigate risks and help get me to correct markers? I’ll pay for that service if it’s legit and not crazy expensive.
I guess you can say that I want to build and cycle but want to be responsible at the same time.
