I don't really drink sodas but I'm definitely a fan of c4 drinksView attachment 254688
My favorite zero sugar Root Beer... Although I'm currently drinking a A&W zero right now .... 2 12 packs for $10 is the reason why lol
I wished I like cotton cheeseAnd I go through way too much low and fat free cottage cheese with zero sugar jello pudding mix or pineapple
I definitely need to eat more avocadoCottage cheese egg bites, 96 lean ground beef bowls with sweet potatoes and guac. Chicken and avocado. Oikos Greek yogurt and Costco fat free Greek Yogurt. Ninja Creami for fucking sure! Repeat.
I've tried a few different ones and all of them are pretty good. However, whenever you put it on and you think there is enough, add more. When you think you have used too much, add about two more shakes.
Any good Creami recipes?PreWO- Rice Crispy or just cereal plus liquid Carbs sourcr
PostWO - CoR, Whey Drip, fruit, Honey
Breakfast - Oats, Fage 0%, Whey, Cereal, Fruit
Ninja Creami Every Day
"Big Mac Burger Bowl" - Sweet Potato, lean Turkey/Chicken with Burger seasoning, Lettuce, pickles, Low Cal Burger Sauce (10cal Ketchup, Mustard, pickle juice, garlic/onion/paprika powder)
Chicken, Rice, Kimchi, low cal sauce.
Dinner is typically light on carbs. Meat and Veggies

i did on my cut skyr 300g (or greek yoghurt similar), 40g oats, scoup of whey, 100g blueberries.I'm looking for some different protein and breakfast options just to mix things up. Right now, I love Chobani 20g Greek yogurt (not a fan of Oikos—it always seems watery to me), and I usually add chia seeds to it. I also enjoy oatmeal and switch between Kodiak oatmeal or a 50/50 mix of instant and regular oats.
Eggs and bagels with cream cheese are staples for me, and I swear by my rice cooker for easy meals. I do use protein bars and protein powder occasionally, but I try to think of them more as supplements rather than my main protein sources.
I'd love to hear some other ideas because eating the same things all the time starts to get boring after a while!
This.Coke Zero. And popcorn

With that condition, I can’t help you.the same things all the time starts to get boring after a while!
