I've tried a few different ones and all of them are pretty good. However, whenever you put it on and you think there is enough, add more. When you think you have used too much, add about two more shakes.

That’s what he says too, didn’t know if was just marketing

I eat the Costco yogurt and frozen berries at least 5 days a week. Sooo good!

I'm looking for some different protein and breakfast options just to mix things up. Right now, I love Chobani 20g Greek yogurt (not a fan of Oikos—it always seems watery to me), and I usually add chia seeds to it. I also enjoy oatmeal and switch between Kodiak oatmeal or a 50/50 mix of instant and regular oats.

Eggs and bagels with cream cheese are staples for me, and I swear by my rice cooker for easy meals. I do use protein bars and protein powder occasionally, but I try to think of them more as supplements rather than my main protein sources.

I'd love to hear some other ideas because eating the same things all the time starts to get boring after a while!
i did on my cut skyr 300g (or greek yoghurt similar), 40g oats, scoup of whey, 100g blueberries.
also now i started buying liquid egg whites, putting salt caramel zero sugar sauce, and 50g-100g oats with the same.
other option is whey scoop, avocado. this makes me most satisfied and looks the most basic and nonsense, but it worked for me. if still hungry u can always add 200-300g egg whites on a side, 100g are 45kcals and 10,5g protein, so it looks like this
scoup protein isolate - 127kcal, 27,7g protein, 200g egg whites - 90kcal, 21g protein, avocado 50g - 8g fats - 80kcal, total 48-49g protein and 8g fats for 267kcal and it gonna help with diet for sure.

Basically, what most people in the space eat.

Chicken, Beef, Fish, Eggs, Whey
Rice, Potato, oats, cereals, fruit, veges
Fats are kept low so but if added, healthy stuff for HDL support.
Icreami's are a staple.

Blended canned tuna. Currently first meal of the day is 10oz of canned tuna blended with water in a Vitamix. I’ll chug it and then eat 75 grams (uncooked weight) of cooked oat meal or grits. Once I’ve eat this, I’ll have a shake containing 30g Ghost vegan protein + EAAs with 50g maltodextrin and sip it over the next 1-2 hours. This starts my day with 100g protein, 100g carbs, <10g fat.

I keep a HUGE variety of protein bars or protein snacks I should say- some made with peanut butter with added protein so it doesn't seem like "another damn bar" you have to wash down with some liquid.

Simply Fuel protein balls available at Target are oats, honey, peanut butter and protein poweder snuck in- and a few chocolate chips depending on the variety :)

Hard boiled eggs and Greek Yogurt (25 grams per cup) are a staple of my diet. It's kind of hard to find items at grocery stores that don't contain slop ingredients, to be honest.
