Sagar Mali Passes Away

The more I see this happening to our community it makes me think does truly pushing the envelope make it worth it especially if you don't have the elite top 10 genetics

NO it’s not worth it.

The shit I see and hear is mind blowing, guys on tren 3-5yrs straight with no breaks, meanwhile the guy looks like an average gym lifter. Guys taking 3-5 grams of gear yet don’t compete or even look above average. Kids 16-18 who claim they’re on TRT lol.

Agree 100% As others in here and elsewhere I get a lot of DM's seeking advice or whatever and the avg gym bros are on just as much if not more gear than competitor's especially harsh stuff. The catch is they are usually well over 20% body fat (being generous) and have little to no muscle with a horrible diet.

Keep doses low to moderate and have everything else dialed in. If you can't make gains that way than you are wasting your time

Ya I fully get it I just stop Tren after 6 weeks because yes it's been so it's fun haha but at the same time I understand I won't make it on stage or at least be competitive enough to be top so might as well just stick with mast and test and some orals for fun everyonce in a while the goal now is to look better than all the middle aged men 🤣

I just ran into a guy at the gym that I hadn’t seen in about 10yrs, didn’t workout at all and no AAS usage last time I saw him.
But now he’s all blown up head the size of a basketball and beet red skin and face looking like high blood pressure. I said something about him being on gear and he said how’d you know 😂. I was like it’s very obvious. Well he ends up telling me he’s running 1,000mg of test endlessly, no cycling just running a gram of test a week because he like being big. I said do you ever cycle off/ him no because I shrink down and get weak so I just stay on it.
Dude is 62yrs old. So then I start asking if he’s had his veins checked for blockage, checked BP, check cholesterol, check you liver, kidneys etc etc ….. no, no, no.
I said you do realize people drop dead all the time from abusing this stuff, thick blood can cause heart attack, stroke; with high blood pressure on top put you at greater risk bla bla. Dude hadn’t had anything checked, just running a gram of test because he wants to look big, meanwhile he actually looks like he’s ready for a heart attack with a huge swollen moon face and bright red face and skin. I just shook my head and said your putting yourself position where there’s a strong chance of you having major medical problems doing this and ended it with that. Dude is throwing all health concerns and practices out the window just to look big at 62yrs old.

I think it was more his fault, than faulting anabolics entirely. His coach reportedly put out a statement saying he wanted a job desperately that affected his mental health. He was also aware his kidneys were failing, yet he chose to push on. So it wasnt sudden mishap in his case.

The final decision of what to put in your body is always up to the client. ALWAYS.

Killed his kidneys with steroid abuse and other drugs, sounds very familiar.
That's always my question when I see this, outside of gear, what else were they taking?
Sad, and unnecessary, nonetheless.

What kills kidneys is years of high blood pressure which is from gear and large amount of mass. Think of your veins as a garden hose that water is being consistently blasted through that it cant handle.

This is why Telmisartan is my favorite fucking thing. And obviously cardio. But yeah

Not only that most bodybuilders are in a low level state of Rabdomylosis, the high creatine kinase kills kidneys over time

My creatine kinase just came back at 1316. "normal" range is supposed to be 41-331. is this just from working out hard the day before or is that an actually high number? All other blood markers look fine, I am going back in to get a Cystatin-C test today.

It's definitely a sign of muscle breakdown, inflammation or stress BUT Rhabdo numbers are upwards of 5,000-10,000 range.

Not sure your workout split, intensity and frequency which may have something to do with it, but I would get it tested again with a couple of days before panel.

Mine was at 3,000 and the kidney specialist wanted to admit me to the hospital for a blood transfusion.

It’s worth getting a kidney panel done, if the other markers are good then your kidneys are fine currently but long term I would be concerned if those CK numbers stay 4-5x the limit.
If you take off from the gym for a few days before a blood draw the numbers will usually go down.

What was the outcome?
That day she wanted me in the hospital I told her that would stop working out and stop some medications to see if it goes down. I had to give blood every 3 days for 2 weeks for her to agree and if it went down everyday she would not put me in the hospital, it went down every day but never inside the limit, I remain chronically out of range but I know how to control it to some degree. My kidneys got up to stage 3 CKD levels but now I’m holding at stage 1. I pulled way back on my training and all ped use, also went from staying 220-250lb to now 205-215

I went to two different Nephrologists, had literally 40-50 blood draws done over a period of two years.
1. Lyme disease has left me with a immune disorder causing chronic inflammation and severe allergies
2. Working out with weights increases CK dramatically for me. Heavy weight and long sessions are much worse than light weight shorter sessions. More training days more CK
3. Almost all peds make it worse; on cycle is way worse than just doing trt
4. The more muscle mass you carry, the more breakdown of muscle and so the more CK.
