Allergies are kicking my ass between last night and this morning. Wasn’t able tk sleep well at all maybe 3 hours. Head pressure, stuffy nose, watery eyes, sneezing so I decided to take today as a rest day didn’t even do fasted cardio I felt so terrible I’ll do cardio later and tomorrow will be my pull day. Gunna dose up on allergy medicine and DayQuil.
Dayquil stuff makes me feel fd up..allergies usually f me up couple weeks,i dont take much mayb benadryl, definitely dry mouth up,thats the worst,

Allergy medicine is working wonders, anavar has entered the chat as well lol. Woke up feeling fresh as a daisy and made the most out of it. Blasted out fasted cardio and today’s pull session was a great one strong energized intense. Pump had me feeling like my back was gonna split open.

Brought in the weekend the right way with a killer leg day. Weight still stagnant between 235-236 except after a low day. Range of motion was phenomenal in the knees and hips today had some tightness in the patellum at the end but it was more like an annoyance. Var is definitely kicking in too.

Leg days have become one of my favorite training says
Good leg days are non negotiable!
Has been mine for a while, except when calories are super low. Gets hard to lock in some days
My chest day suffered the most when calroies dropped. I was able to maintain everything decently.

But from one week to the next boom chest lifts fell off a cliff.

Def rough watching the reps and weights come down lol.. getting super close to my goal then it’s go time! Being lean looks pretty sick though lol just have zero energy most of the day 😩

yea and that fatigue doesnt go away so quickly even when calories come up. takes a minute.

Dont forget to hammer the Creatine with that Var! Don't be afraid to push creatine up to 20g a day for as long as your on Var.... don't push 20g for over 2 months. (y)

Happy Easter everyone! Woke up blasted fasted cardio. Today ill enjoy a little food spoke with coach we are in a great spot and maybe this will help metabolism. But we are very happy with the look and where this growth wise is gonna be up about 50lbs on the dot 2-3 more weeks and then we will stsrt
The clean out phase
 
So woke up a lb down from the day before after being off plan. Woke up feeling refreshed and murdered today’s leg day. I felt like I cooks have worked out for 24 hours straight today. I’m sure it’s a combination of the var and mots c. I’ve ran var a bunch but definitely have more energy than usual.

With that being said and announce my apologies about not posting yesterday I got hit with some type of bug about 2 hours after my push day constant nausea throwing up a couple times bathroom no appetite etc. needless to say I only got half my meals in and that’s with force feeding woke up feeling a million times better but also 3-4lbs lighter. But meals are going down smooth and had a great pull day today. Running around with the kids now so I’ll update yesterdays and today’s workout with the nights update
 
I’ll definitely get all meals in today just gonna take me a little longer haha but feeling much better.

Active rest day today legs were sore not sure why but blasted out fasted cardio. Feel full as a house today started doing some switching of seasonal clothes and I’m gunna have to get a lotta new. I’m sort of comfortable in a regular 2x shirt but not quite ready for a 3x yet so oversized 2x it is and pants and shorts forget about it I have a 32-33 inch waist but my legs have grown tremendously so nothing fits right as far as jeans even shorts and boxers are getting a pain in the ass to find ones that aren’t huge in my waist but also don’t suffocate my legs. As @Bolan Would say the prices we pay for being famous 😂. With that being said just gonna try and recharge today and take it easy and smash some lets tomorrow
