Life’s been busy haha but the progress is stoll
Happening weight tracking to actually drop this week which means more food!! Im
Hoping at least. Been strong as a fucking ox this week maxed out reps on squats at 440 today so we will raise it 10lbs next week and see how that goes. Also went mad scientist and was able to add more weight to leg presses and leg extensions. Lower back took a hit today at the end so dropped the weights for the last 2 sets of SLDL and hack squat window maker sets but we still got em in just switched up tempo. I literally couldn’t walk for like 20 minutes after meds today they were so pumped. Excited for check ins gunna see if we want to add some humalog as well. Very happy with progress intensity, recovery etc. we are growing and in a groove was talking with coach a little today and if health markers look good and we keep seeing good progress gonna see how far we can really push this growth phase.

Happy weekend ya animals check in day and coach came through for part of the workout and was very happy with progress form etc. he’s gunna use the in person and pics and we will see what changes we are going to throw in. Upon talking sounds like possible food bump and maybe throwing in some log around certain workouts. It was an upper day today and either progressed or matched last week numbers so still progress no steps back. I feel a little flat today and yesterday not that could also just be me getting in my own head. Weight dropped a lb from last week average and hunger is through the roof haha. I will update today’s training and plan changes later but we are still all ⛽️ no brakes over jeee even with being extremely busy sick kids and wife and unexpected life shit. If you really want it to happen you’ll find a fucking way!!
 
What’s up everyone. Still got this shit flying through the house another little one bites the dust I’m staying dosed up with zinc , vitamin c etc and I’ve been safe so far. Weight too another drop this morning. Spoke with coach and we are going to ride out one more week with the same plan make sure weights stable and go for most likely one more decent sized food push and possibly throw in some log and then possible some drol at the end. We are tracking at this rate to be about 50-60lbs up this push if all keeps going in the same direction. We will see how the body reacts to a food push and if we are going to end this on time or extend. Our goal right now is to end this year in a really Good spot with added tissue and step on stage next year. The goal
Is to be a freak on stage an we are going to do nothing less. We will do a mid week check in as well but we are still rocking and rolling here

Weight dropped again after low day been sitting at 230 now. No fasted cardio today just a brutal fucking leg day. I literally just wanna be a lump haha but no rest for the wicked. Literally left everything I had in the gym including something for the barf bucket haha.

Machines maxed out between bungee cords stacked plates etc so I just do 4 sets super slow and controlled as many reps as possible but each set easily over 30 reps

Lotta prep and shit for this week as I’ll be traveling for work and away from home but have everything checked off to still make it happen. All food prepped, all gyms planned out, all

And the long week begins haha. Woke up today 4lbs heavier nothing changed except the intense workout I usually trend up in weight after leg days so the increase isn’t surprising but the 4lbs is. Don’t look visually like I’m holding water though so I’m sure it’ll drop back down tomorrow. Today’s push day was amazing very string still we are still in the groove !! I’ll update without tonight!
 
Weights starting to trend down again dropped 2lb. I’m sure minimal sleep this week won’t help but I managed to get 5 maybe 5.5 last night still woke up
Blasted faster cardio at the hotel and hit a killer pull day at a local little gym. Intensity and strength are still up still holding good condition. I’m currently stuck in my head about trying to get coach to make a

Yup I was right weights back down to 230 BG and insulin sensitivity has still been great. Today’s an off day just fasted cardio 35 min 4.1 speed 10 Incline and already clocked an extra 4k steps gonna be a long one haha. If I was a betting man I’d say I’m gunna drop again tomorrow a decent amount which will bring me to a low I haven’t had in a while. Training, strength intensity are stkll

Assuming we are gunna bump food a decent amount as weight been stagnant for the last 3-4 weeks and conditioning is still great and hungers been up. One variable at a time I know. Weight dropped another pound today I’m tearing through food, subbed avocados for any olive oil I was using just for a little more volume etc. still progressing smoked legs and I’m excited for check ins tomorrow

Give meals updates below but smashed legs today didn’t get a chance to really get actually weights cause on some machines we are lost stacking plates at this point haha but all heavy ass weights with all rep ranges met except for smith RDL I have a pretty ficked up back and when I loaded up the 385 got to around rep 7-8 and felt a small twinge in my back and disc so o dropped it stretched and went down to 265 and slowed tempo and paise no issues with back at that weight but didn’t wanna push ot for hack squats added another 25lb almost maxed out rep ranges so I’ll keep weight next week but we are moving.

Lotta extra steps in today. Including the fasted cardio and the kick ass push day really out the body through the ringer. Gunna take a nice epsom salt bath scarf down the last meal and lay my ass down. Pull day tomorrow excited to see what it’s gunna look like considering today’s as so good. Ill update both workouts tomorrow im beat haha
 
Epic fucking push day really putting the added food to good use! I’m really hoping with the intensity and progression I’ll be able to end this push between 240-250 with this samelol conditioning I have now. That would be about 50-60 lbs up from where this phase started. I truly think if we take the rest of this head to truly fucking grow I can bring a great package to the Stage next year, obviously time will tell but I’m also just truly enjoying every part of the process. On the move already so I’ll give a training update feol

One thing I do need soon is a chiro appointment and deep tissue lower backs been giving me a little trouble also if anyone has a suggestion for a contoured foam pad for back placement to help keep
Hips and lower back flat and glued to the pad during leg press etc I think that’s where some of the problem is stemming from. Unfortunately something I’ll have dtondeal

Life’s been hectic but we are checking the boxes. Kept food the same this week. This upcoming week we will do a food bump and add in some anavar most likely. Lifts/ strength have been up average weight so far is pretty much the same. Amazing workout today had a friend here let me try some of the excelsior @GYMnTONIC is now carrying did 1 scoop today and it’s definitely worth the hype in my
Opinion. Had a insanely focused workout very locked in euphoric feeling no jitters or crazy stim feeling ill update workout later but I think we are going to end this push phase between 240-250 still in great condition which would be about 50-60bs up since we started it
