I know most of you understand how important regular lab work is, so I wanted to share a more budget-friendly option. It doesn't include every test you might want, but it's a solid baseline without spending a fortune.

The panel checks total testosterone (up to 1,500 ng/dL), estrogen, HDL, LDL, vitamin B12, and a few other useful markers. I'll also post a picture of my results so you can see what it includes.

They run sales fairly often, the process is quick and painless, and if you're interested, you can use my referral code jhall3531 to save us both $20.

Whether you're on TRT or running a cycle, keeping an eye on your testosterone and estrogen levels is important. My estrogen is elevated right now since I'm on cycle, but I haven't had any noticeable side effects other than a little acne. I'd rather avoid using an AI unless I actually need one, although I have considered adding a small amount of EQ instead.

Check it out if you're looking for an affordable way to stay on top of your health.

They don't do ultra sensitive on the e2 testing so it's really a shot in the dark and inaccurate. Also no testing for prolactin. Have seen guys do the test within the same hour as going to a lab and the results differ wildly to the point that I'm not sure how much I trust their services. Just my two cents and from what I've seen amongst the community testing/using them. Love the concept though and hope it can improve!

I live part time in WNC , Smoky Mountains. Quest has an affiliate where I’m at, but I don’t think they’ll accept GoodLabs and the nearest true Quest is hours away, so I’m probably going to have to give Rhythm a try.
As far as how accurate they are, I read that they suggest getting 3 tests done , one a month to get a solid base line. So, getting the one test done is just getting somewhat close to your real numbers?
I doubt I have any other choice, getting a doctor up there isn’t something I’m going to do.

Tried it. Would be wonderful; however, I do not believe the results are consistent with Venous, at least not for me. The numbers were far higher.

Otherwise, again for me, the company was great…process super easy.

The issues I’ve seen is what everyone else has said with inconsistency with the results compared to venous blood. Also have seen where guys have reported rhythm could not test the sample that was sent in to them I’m assuming cause the shipping back to them took to long
