What's a good meal prep cooler bag or backpack? Minimum 3 meal + 1 shaker bottle. Might go for a 6 meal/2 bottle? I have one that I paid $100 for but the zippers are shitty.

Bummer, that's similar to what I have. I don't have the insulated pockets, just the mesh. The zippers keep catching or binding. I've had other gear and clothing with cheap zippers and had the same problem. Maybe I just got a bad one, or they switched manufacturers. I'll try to exchange it.

You can get a Yeti and I’ll guarantee it’s the best for keeping food hot/cool. I had ice last almost 72hrs outside in the hot sun , in the back of a truck and it still was freezing almost. Yeti is like , the Armani of Coolers ! Very Sharp & Effective /long lasting . The ISO Series bags have different classes . This one is the Large Insulated 6 Meal Prep Bag/Cooler With 12 Containers, 3 Ice Packs & Shoulder Strap (Blackout) - MADE IN USA(which is important too). Sadly sometimes it untrue.

I have the six meal one too from ISO. No need for shaker bottle storage, but I sometimes keep those storage funnel things in the top with pre or post powders.

Of course being the poseur that I am I customized mine.

I've had a few bags from 6 pack.

The backpack, duffel, 3 meal and 6 meal.

They're pretty good and are convenient with how everything has its own place. Their containers are really good as well.

The ice packs aren't the greatest.

I currently use the duffel because I use it to carry my work stuff with me.

I haven't had the iso bags but they're pretty much the same thing.

The biggest problem these days is finding a meal bag that's actually in stock.

I've been using this from Home Depot everyday. Holds about 3 meals and two shaker bottles. It's built tough. And inexpensive. Had it going on 10 years now and one of the zippers finally broke. Definitely got my money's worth.
