Thank you brother!!Hey Brother!
Yeah, it really sounds like what you’re describing could be strong acid reflux — that burning, pressure in the chest, and the feeling like food is stuck in the esophagus, especially near the lower chest where it meets the stomach, are classic reflux symptoms. Stress and tension can also make it worse, tightening the muscles around the chest and esophagus.
It’s smart that you’re checking with the VA — they can rule out anything more serious and give proper treatment. In the meantime, try to avoid very fatty, spicy, or acidic foods, and maybe eat smaller meals more slowly — it can help reduce that “stuck” sensation.
I was thinking indigestion and THE ONLY THING that works is Pepto Bismol, I'm literally drinking it bro.sounds like indigestion, maybe from the oats?

@dcdogz Thank you sir!!!!
Im loving it bro, I respond very well to these, and my recovery is great. My goal is about 225lbs, I'll be there very soon, but I'd like to be a nice hard 225lbs rather than a soft looking 225lbs, that way when its time to cut I don't have as hard of a time because of all the fat accumulation built over the workup.How are you liking the test p and npp on a off-season?
