yes sir, have to be disciplined. No matter what compounds/training you are doing, it is not going to happy over night! Keep up the great work bro!I’m genuinely excited to begin increasing my caloric intake by strategically adding a few more meals into my daily nutrition plan, allowing my body to enter a controlled caloric surplus that supports gradual weight gain and lean muscle hypertrophy.
Rather than rushing the process, my goal here is to prioritize physiological adaptation, giving my metabolism, endocrine system, and skeletal muscle tissue adequate time to respond through enhanced protein synthesis, glycogen storage, and neuromuscular efficiency. This progressive approach will help optimize body composition while minimizing unnecessary adipose tissue accumulation.
I’m motivated by the science behind this phase and understand that consistent nutrient timing, recovery, and progressive overload will work synergistically to produce sustainable results. While I’m focused on the long-term outcome, I’m equally committed to embracing each stage of the process, knowing that real transformation is built through patience, discipline, and respect for the body’s adaptive mechanisms.

Lets keep going!!!...

looking great bro! can’t wait to see those pics on stageFriday, Friday, Friday!!!!...
May you all enjoy your weekend and get some much needed rest, from the stress of life and also the stress of hard lifting. I hope everyone of you reaches the goals you're pursuing, and for the most part, become happy internally. As this sector can cause one to question a lot of things as we compare ourselves to others and not see results fast enough.
I encourage you all to stay the course, and keep going.
I'm sitting at 211lbs and got a stern talk from my coach, he didn't blast me, but it was more so concern, as he feels I may be putting on weight a little to quickly. He doesn't want me to gain a lot of fat during the process, as of now you can see I'm beginning to carry a bit of water weight in my face and physique, but this is also a part of the process.

I've bumped up the Test P, NPP, Anavar, and HGH, and I feel good upon waking. Energy is there and my strength has gotten better, I have very good deep sleeps and I'm eating about 5-6 times a day right now.

sorry to read this, rest well.pop followed a very sharp pain
damn.I was doing lateral raises with 45lbs dumbbells and I heard a pop followed a very sharp pain. Lately I've been sleeping on my side and that began to cause more pain and soreness on both sides of my deltoids. Today was kind of a freak accident, I've never dealt with that before, I wasn't struggling with the weight, but it also wasn't light. I couldn't lift my arm at all without a sharp pain and now it's seemed to have dissipated a little as it's sore but I can move it around as normal.
I’ve dealt with this problem many times — the fact that the weight didn’t help eitherI was doing lateral raises with 45lbs dumbbells and I heard a pop followed a very sharp pain. But I’ll tell you what helped me, since I know you’re a physiotherapist. My problem was scapular stabilization. When I started really stabilizing my shoulder blades during lateral raises, all the pain went away. Maybe this can help you or at least point you in the right direction. That is actually a very interesting point as far as the stabilization of the scapula. Thank you for this, bro this hurt so damn bad, good lord!I’ve dealt with this problem many times — the fact that the weight didn’t help eitherBut I’ll tell you what helped me, since I know you’re a physiotherapist. Bro this hurt so damn bad, I heard the pop and I couldn't lift my arm up at all. It was a pop, it was sharp and very hot. I couldn't lift it for a little and just got home and put some ice on it. I've been rotating it and it's just really sore. Gonna do some more hydrotherapy.hate to hear that bro! hope everything heals w
Bro.. Listen to this, about 7 years ago I had the same thing happen, I was leg pressing 180lbs so 4 plates altogether and I was warming up going to 15. Once I got to 13 I felt a pop in my lower back, I couldn't get out of the leg press machine, I had to roll out of it. Had to lay on the floor for a while as I couldn't move, so I had to go to a medical massage therapy center, they had to put my sacrum back in place. As my lower back was lifted and my butt was off the seat and my sacrum had shifted, It was super painful and It was also a freak accident as that had never happened before. So for story time mañana, I'll tell you about how I dropped 250lbs on my chest via bench press and broke my 6th and 7th ribs.damn.
i just posted my little accident. was going leg press calves, and thought I was reracking, when i was unracking.
boom to the bottom. luckily my knees, hams quads, are in good shape and im fairly flexible, coulda been disastrous.
my lower back rounded a little when it crashed to the bottom, but its mostly fine just kinda strained a teeny bit.
for yours, might have been a tendon just whiplashing into place that was caught on some impingement or something.
hopefully nothing serious at all!
my low back a little sore, theres a spot that feels like bruised or like i got punched or more similar to pip feeling, but nothing im worried about. im super lucky.Bro..
