putting together my very first cycle, please look and give insight on the cycle provided below
im 18yos and ive been lifting for about 3 years now but my gains are minuscule, i think im ready to make the jump
its important to me that after the cycle ill be relatively healthy and my dick and test will function similarly to how they do now.
Id really appreciate any help you guys can give me cuz im tryna do this right and dont wanna fuck up my own health as you'd probably know.

Month 1 (Weeks 1–4)
Test E: 500 mg/week (split into 2 × 250 mg injections)
HGH: 4 IU/day
No Anavar yet (let test build up first)

Month 2 (Weeks 5–8)
Test E: 500 mg/week
HGH: 4 IU/day (last month on HGH, stop after week 8)
Anavar: 20 mg/day

Month 3 (Weeks 9–12)
Test E: 500 mg/week (final stretch)
Anavar: 20 mg/day (final stretch)
No HGH

Month 4 (Weeks 13–14) – Clearance phase
Stop Test E + Anavar
Wait ~2 weeks for Test E to clear before PCT

Month 5 (Weeks 15–18) – PCT
Clomid
Week 15–16 → 50 mg/day
Week 17–18 → 25 mg/day

Months 6–12 – Recovery

No AAS, no HGH
Focus on maintaining gains with diet/training
Bloodwork around Month 8–9 to confirm recovery
 
Exactly bro you’re 18 no offense the hair on your balls probably hasn’t stopped growing yet. You’ve probably got a massive amount of test flowing through you with how young you are. Train harder , and eat!!! Correctly!! Ant in gunna assume cause this is the vibe I get just from the post out the phone down in the gym and stop following these stupid IG people
 
Running gear at 18 you would be fucking up your health. Come back in 5 years after you learned to eat, train and recover. Gains are minuscule because your not taking it serious enough
 
As everyone has said no AAS. You haven’t stopped maturing yet. Don’t fuck that up.

You haven’t stopped growing because you’re only 18. You’re not growing muscles because you’re either not training right or you got a shitty diet.

Bolan, you are just a bitter old man who never accomplished anything, try to keep a guy from making all those gains.

If your not making gaines at 18. Your diet is either off or your not lifting hard/heavy enough. Get a coach to assess your lifting and diet first and go from there.

One thing i struggle with is progressive overload. Even if i keep sleep and diet the same i find that my strength is ALL over the place, like some days im curling 15, while on others im struggling to do 7.5s. any idea on possible causes?

You keep track of your calories bro? Are you recovering from your workouts? Maybe too much volume or not enough volume. I’m guessing you’re not eating enough. If your talking about curling 7.5lb dbs you definitely need to be eating more
 
Also focus on getting stronger in the big compound movements to add some mass.. don’t be doing no pussy isolation movements when you can only curl 15lbs.. have some intensity about it.
 
and about diet im generally pretty big on meats and dairy, i def hit my protein goals daily, occasionally i mightnt hit ideal carbs i still eat fairly healthy, mostly homecooked meals

You want progress start tracking your calories. Sounds like you have no clue on how much your eating. Carbs plays a huge role in how you perform in the gym. Gear wouldn’t help much if your diet isn’t on point
 
And also see what works for you diet wise some progresses better with lower fat higher carbs some progress better with higher fat and moderate carbs figuring this out was a game changer for myself as with lower fats and higher carbs I wasnt bloated and ready to eat again fairly quickly so there's always a diet that pertains to you that will help with digestion which in returns to better growth
