What's up ASF? I'm starting a new log as I am now a sponsored PSL athlete. I will be using this new log to track my progress using PSL gear and @Vision's protocols.
My starting diet will be extremely low calorie, this is by design. I need to get used to eating large quantities of clean food again. I will slowly be ramping up the food week by week.

This is still to be determined. I will be signing up for a new gym this weekend. I will design my new split around the equipment at the new gym.
Gear:
This is still to be determined. I am waiting to hear back from the big man on what he wants to see for my first run. I am currently just using 200mg/week of Test Cyp.
