My starting diet will be extremely low calorie, this is by design. I need to get used to eating large quantities of clean food again. I will slowly be ramping up the food week by week.

Regardless of where they used to be, regardless of where they're trying to be, they are putting in their time. Took some Aromasin to help bring down my E2 as I started feeling some nipple sensitivity. Out of the gym this week as my son caught HFMD so didn't want to spread it. Diet has been all over the place but still clean, just not structured. Will be cleaning it up this week.
