Protein powder

I never liked using protein powder and like to get it from my food

But I picked up some Dymatize Cookies and Cream for emergencies.
Like when it’s getting late and I can’t eat anymore, but I’m short on my
daily protein. Mixed with Flaxseed Milk. Not bad!

I’m also severely lactose intolerant so whey is a pain in the ass. But
I take the LactAid and pray to the gods. :ROFLMAO:
 
Dymatize ISO100 used to be my go to, especially the Cinnamon Cerial, its damn good mixed into oatmeal. I have switched to Transparent Labs in an effort to avoid sucralose as much as I can. The Dark Chocolate is real good and the Blueberry Pancakes is so good in oatmeal or cream of rice.

I believe Arnold aka IML ingredients are what they say they are. With zero regulations you never truly know what you’re getting
 
I’ve had just about all of them but our local nutrition store recommended Apollen Nutrition- No Whey Out, the flavors are unbelievable

I don’t know, he may have I have had a few lbs of IML for a while now and I just opened chocolate and it was good so I posted about it

EDIT-you’re probably right, I checked and it’s no longer on his website so disregard my recommendation lol

Okay. Gotcha. I used to get the MP Combat chocolate/peanut butter protein. That was one of my favorites. I remember the assault pre was good also. I might have to give the a try again.

Any opinions on best value/quality ratio of whey protein isolate on Amazon? Can't believe how expensive this shit got during Biden/Covid and the prices just have stayed there.

Assault is the best pre workout IMO.

The banana combat protein is 🔥.
 
For the GNC bogo guys, what 5lbs whey isolate would you most reccomend? Im going to snag a couple
