Welcome to my new log as an Official PSL team representative and sponsored athlete, here I will be working closely with customers like every other representative on the team and promise to deliver a very honest detailed log, full of bloodwork, chem clarity tests (checking the potency and if there's any contamination), Progress photos, my general background and just a general view into my daily life of living a bodybuilder lifestyle, so if you have any questions or concerns pertaining to products, orders, Nutrition/Training/AAS advice or just general life questions please feel free to message me.
I would like to start by Thanking Vision, and the rest of the PSL team for this opportunity and for making me feel so welcome, the support has honestly been amazing and the service that they have provided for me in the past has truly been faultless, it is of my great honor to represent such company and I will do everything I can to make the PSL team proud.
My Background
I was Brought up in South East England, I first stepped into a gym at the age of 16 and for many years I didn't no anything about training let alone the nutrition side of things, I would just look at the magazines and spend stupid amounts of money on what ever the pro bodybuilders were promoting, Until I signed up to a bodybuilding forum and soon learnt that pretty much everything I was reading was bullshit, and found out that Diet resulted in 85% of results with the last 15% made up of Training and AAS. After a couple of years literally sitting and searching the net, reading books and continuously pressing the 'whats new' button on the forum I fell in love with this lifestyle. However I had always wanted to travel the world, so I spent 2 years traveling Australia, New Zealand, Bali, Fiji, Vietnam and Thailand, throughout this time I trained on average probably once a week and ate what I liked, I knew that I wasn't going to achieve anything from this it was just because of my passion of this lifestyle.
Since returning from Traveling I have become a Qualified Sports Nutritionist, I will be studying level 3 & 4 Personal Training in Australia in the New year and I have chosen to Blast and Cruise after years of researching and having a Natty T of a 95 year old grandma. I have a coach and always will.
My Stats
Age: 25
Height: 5ft 9
Weight: 200lbs
Bf: sub 15%
Current Goal: Maintain
Lifetime Goal: Lean 250lbs
Training: currently 5 days a week body part split, No cardio
Nutrition: always changing but currently Carb cycling 4000 kcal +1 cheat a week
AAS: Cruising until New year on 200mg Test C and 50mg Proviron, 1000IU HCG weekly and .25mg Adex twice a week
Look forward to hearing from those that would like to follow my Journey, I can guarantee that No meals or training sessions will be missed, just like the past 9 months.
