I always aspirate and then push the oil extremely slowly. Just a tad at first then wait. Another little bit and wait. If all is well after the first little bit, then push the rest in however you’d like. Never had any issues doing it this way. Better safe (and slow) than sorry.

Man I haven't aspirated since the late '90s, for me it's going to happen either way

I don’t know about everyone else, but it doesn’t feel good at all. Almost like the beginnings of a biopsy. It sux frankly, but worth it for me at least.

Great info here, I've only gotten it a handful of times but the mrs freaks out every time I do get it.
