How Iām Feeling Today:
Overall Iām feeling way better today, itās always a pain adjusting to a higher dose on Reta, but, the alternative is being so hungry that I canāt stop eating lol.
Hit Chest and Back this morning before heading in for work, and even though I only got a few hours of sleep last night, my energy in the gym is back where I want it to be. The lack of sleep isnāt due to any kind of insomnia, I was just up late trying to get stuff cleaned up around the house, along with getting a bunch of stuff ready for my next few days at work.
I very meticulously measured out my lunches/dinners to have at work for the next few days, only to leave my meals in the fridge when I left this morning

I do have some stuff I can eat at work, just annoying that it messes with my Macros for the day, when I already have to deal with trying to get enough food in while I adjust to the new Reta dose.
My weight has been dropping off a little faster than I would like right now, but again, with the Reta messing up my stomach for a little while, and the way lower than ideal caloric intake, itās to be expected. I have noticed my lower stomach is definitely starting to flatten out though, not sure how well that comes across in the progress pictures, but itās very noticeable when I first wake up in the mornings.
Iām currently debating only staying in a more aggressive deficit about halfway through the cycle, and possibly moving myself closer to maintenance for the last half of the cycle. My thought process is that even with the Tren, my energy levels may start to take a hit if I remain too aggressive beyond 8 to 10 weeks. Time will tell though, Iāll reassess things as I close in on the halfway point.
