The macros thing.

A - If you've been doing this for a long time, it's probably not as important. When you see food and their weights, you just already kinda know.

B - If you exactly the same stuff every day, there's no point in doing it (myself) if you can check off "A" as well.

C - If you can't relate food to numbers (I see 198g of chicken breast i think 60g protein, not chicken) then tracking your diet is VERY helpful.

The most common mistake is just misjudging how many calories you're actually eating.

If you only eat "clean food", things you cook from raw, you're probably not eating as many calories as you think you are.

If you eat "healthy food", low fat stuff, sugar free stuff, protein bars etc, you're probably over eating because most of that is just junk food with one macro removed and the other doubled.

Easiest way to start -

At the start of the week, get your weight out of bed after you use the bathroom and before you have anything to eat or drink. After 7 days, do that again.

During this week, track EVERY thing you eat, then get your average calories (assuming you didn't pig out one day) over those 7 days.

If you gained weight, you're in a surplus. If you lost weight, you're in a deficit.

Other things will effect this, activity level, how hard you trained, how much fluid you have been drinking, fatigue, sleep. So just take that into mind and be honest with your output.

From there, you've got at least an idea of if you need to eat more or less and you just tweak the food intake little by little.

How many carbs, fats, protein you need will vary person to person. No real answer for you there but, training quality and overall feeling of wellbeing are big indicators. You will learn what works best for you by TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS. Don't get locked into one nutritional approach, especially while you learn your body. Try a few months of high protein and carbs with low fats. Try lower protein with higher carbs and moderate fats. High protein and fat low carb etc etc.

Just looking at your pics though, I assume you would probably respond well to high protein, lower carbs and moderate fats though.... but that's just a guess.

That takes a lot of discipline to be a chef and stick to the strict diet. I worked in a pizza restaurant but stuck to my protein shakes. When I would start to roid rage my boss would make me eat a chicken. He was a good dude! He loved that I was competing and roided up. 👍

Tried something new today I did 10 sets of squat 185lbs every set to failure granted I only got between 10 and at the end 2 reps but man did I destroy my quads… sitting on the couch watching a movie now and I ain’t doing shit else today except veg out and eat…. Enjoy the day you jacked motherfuckers!!!!!

Yo motherfuckers today was such an amazing leg day I bought some new knee wraps and couldn’t wait to try them out. Needless to say they worked quite well. So here’s the rundown……


Leg press
Started with 2 plates on each side and worked up by sets to 5 plates on each side. Every set was 10 reps

Hack squat started with 1 plate on each side worked my way up to 3 plates on each side. Each set was 10 reps

Barbell Squat

3 sets of 10 reps at 225lbs

This is gonna sound stupid but I can’t think of what the name of this exercise is standing grab the barbell in front of you hold it below the waist then bend down forward keeping your legs straight and sticking out your butt and stretching your hamstring. I did. 3 sets for 10 reps…

Then of course you know me I had to through in some triceps I did 6 sets of triceps v bar press downs 120 lbs til failure

My new favorite body part to workout is legs I need to have and will obtain those crazy big legs

What up you Jacked beautiful people! My favorite kind especially in this day and age. Of cry babies and candy asses!! I apologize for missing days here things have been super busy with work and gym and receiving my Rep position for Aspen Labs. I’ve still been hitting the gym as usual.

I recently have had to change up my entire routine I was going to the gym at 5am but now I’m starting to go after work which will be at 11pm the goal here is to try and get more rest. So I started this yesterday I think it’s going to be a good change…. So please stay tuned we are just getting started!!!!!

Dropped that and went on to side lateral raises drop sets

20 lbs dumbbell til failure then straight to 12.5 til failure wanting as much blood flow as possible love this


And ended with Tricep pushdowns
