Getting better and better by the day shit I weighed myself this morning I’m at 190lbs I’ve gained at least 10 lbs of already of soild muscle!!!!![]()

That takes a lot of discipline to be a chef and stick to the strict diet. I worked in a pizza restaurant but stuck to my protein shakes. When I would start to roid rage my boss would make me eat a chicken. He was a good dude! He loved that I was competing and roided up.This mornings workout was super intense and heavy. It felt so great to be able to lift like that again. I missed that feeling and intensity so much. I love how you can be transported to another place in your mind while you workout with a purpose.

3 x 15-20. 70 - 130 lbs
Smith machine military press
4 sets
185lbs x 12 reps 2 sets
205lbs x 10 reps 2 sets
Side lateral raises
3x failure. 15 lbs dumbbells
Preacher curls
6x to failure 70 lbs
Single arm cable curls
3x 10 30 lbs
Felt so good today. As far as the macro thing I’ve been doing this on and off my entire life. I would like to say I know what I’m doing and I do. I just didn’t like the way the question was worded to me. So I was being sarcastic. I know what to eat and when and I mostly go by what I look like and how I feel trust and believe when I say I eat plenty. I’m a chef and when all the people around constantly are saying to me seriously and jokingly dam man you are eating again. I think I got it. Nice! That exercise is called STIFF LEGGED DEADLIFTS.Yo motherfuckers today was such an amazing leg day I bought some new knee wraps and couldn’t wait to try them out. Needless to say they worked quite well. So here’s the rundown……
Leg press
Started with 2 plates on each side and worked up by sets to 5 plates on each side. Every set was 10 reps
Hack squat started with 1 plate on each side worked my way up to 3 plates on each side. Each set was 10 reps
Barbell Squat
3 sets of 10 reps at 225lbs
This is gonna sound stupid but I can’t think of what the name of this exercise is standing grab the barbell in front of you hold it below the waist then bend down forward keeping your legs straight and sticking out your butt and stretching your hamstring. I did. 3 sets for 10 reps…
Then of course you know me I had to through in some triceps I did 6 sets of triceps v bar press downs 120 lbs til failure
My new favorite body part to workout is legs I need to have and will obtain those crazy big legs

Did a good amount of warmup my new thing is get the entire body warmed up not just the part I’m working on that day. So after that
Incline chest press (smith machine)
1x 185 lbs 13 reps
2x 225lbs 10reps
3x 275lbs 3 reps and they felt good I took video but won’t let me post it that sucks I want you to see….
Hammer strength incline press
2 sets 10reps 2 plates each side
2 sets 8-9 reps 2 plates and a quarter each side
Fellas my strength is literally going up every week I fucking am in heaven right now my workouts are on another level
Cable flys
4 x to failure 50 lbs
Tricep pushdowns straight bar
6 sets 10-15 120lbs
Tricep pushdowns v bar
6 sets 10-15 reps 120lbs
The. I could t stop still did a few sets of dumbbell side lateral raises to failure with the 12.5lbs
